I have baby thin long hair (mid back) and was beginning to show signs of thinning, a lot of shedding and you could actually see my scalp top front of my head and in a early bolding pattern. I bought this product 18 November 2023, today is 3 January 2024 so after two months use taking the daily supplements and using the shampoo + conditioner. All the products are expensive but I made a minimum of a 3 months commitment. So far the pills have not been a problem to swallow, and the shampoo and conditioner are luxurious so you really don't need that much and I don't even feel the need to wash it as frequently. I know new growth won't begin to show for another few months but for now I can honestly say I am not shedding the hand full of hair, my hair feels and looks fuller as family members have complimented me on and my crown thinning front area is not noticeable. I must say I am taking + using all of this in conjunction with some medication (pills) my dermatologist prescribed. I was hesitant to spend the money but I can honestly say I am very satisfied. About the individual products: PILLS: You must take 4 per day. I would bypass buying the bottle and go for the bag because it will be less expensive. SHAMPOO: Super luxurious and you only need about a quarter size on your hand. I have long hair. CONDITIONER: I use about the same amount as the shampoo but note this will NOT detangle your hair. I use a different spray mist to detangle after I get out of the shower. SERUM; I love this stuff. I use a fine comb to part my hair in lines as I put the serum and massage it into my scalp. I do the entire top and front of my head a few times a week. The good thing about this serum is that it does not leave your hair gross, you can style it and it won't look greasy. ONE THING OF CAUTION This product comes with a very fine glass applicator so you must be careful not to bank it or drop it or it will break and there are no replacement droppers. All in all I am very happy with the results this far and look forward to seeing much improvement over the next 6 months.

I’m giving 5 stars but have only used for abo it a week. I’m 47 and the Perimen is hitting. In the last few weeks for some reason my hair was much more densely falling out. Mainly from the center at the top but I don’t think to the point where I have a halo bald spot. I can’t see there but I think it’s not that bad yet. I know how much I shed every day when I shower and it was weird how much was coming out just as of recent. I started taking this because my hair stylist recommended it and said women are having so much success with losing less hair, growing thicker and healthier hair etc. I’m not a social media person other than looking on there when people send me stuff. I have nothing to gain by posting other than just telling people what I have experienced over one week. Pretty much nothing haha except I have noticed maybe half the amt of hair coming out in the shower. It’s hard to say but I cans feel that less is running through and getting caught in my fingers. So I’m hoping this continues to work. I was looking at the little ball I gathered in the shower and I thought… it looks like a lot but I wonder how many pieces of hair that actually is. No clue bc I’m not gonna touch that gross pile and attempt to count it. I’m not a weirdo. But just after a week the little gathered pile seems smaller. So that’s good. Maybe it’s from the nutrafol. I will keep taking the pills. It can’t hurt me but if I don’t see a legit difference in 4 months from now and my hair feels even just a little better, I’m not sure how that even feels, I will keep taking it. If not, I’m over spending this kind of money. I hope it works and my little gathered pile of hair gets smaller and smaller and my hair becomes like a super model head of hair. Hahaha fingers crossed!

was highly recommended by my dermatologist. bought it several times. it does work, just need to give it a time to see. a little bit extensive but worth it. worked for me . just use consistently . once again the only down fall is the price. can you sell it cheaper? ;-)

I waited to finish my 6th month of Nutrafol Vitamins ,before I wrote this review . I want to help someone out there who can or can not afford to pay $88 a month for Nutrafol Vitamins. You need take 3 to 6 months before you start seeing results . Please do not order unless you know you will commit to taking these for several months.I had beautiful long ,thick hair prior to starting Nutrafol I had Chemical Damage ( done by someone else ) After a year of TLC and hair cuts I almost lost all my hair . I decided to try Nutrafol Vitamins for women 45 and over. I am 54 years old - Month 1 - Hair shedding has improved ( No Hair Growth ) Month 2 - Hair shedding is very Minimal & has helped with Stress ( Very little Hair Growth ) Month 3 - Shedding is about the same as Month 2 ( hair is like a Cactus ,very little growth ) Month 4- Was ready to give up .Hair Shedding is same as Month 2- ( But eyelashes are longer ,hair looks about the same .Very little growth ,Nothing out of the ordinary ) Month 5- Hardly any hair shedding.. Hair feels slight stronger and Eyelashes are beautiful .( Hair grows at normal phase ,like it did prior to taking Nutrafol ) Month 6 - Almost no shedding ,that was amazing .( Hair Growth and Texture same as if I never took Nutrafol I believe in my honest opinion Nutrafol works great to maintain the hair you have already and preventing more hair loss.. I ordered this hair growth supplement for an elderly lady friend of mine who got an excessively short haircut from a newbie beautician that almost made her look bald and was convinced by the Nutrafol advertising that the supplement would help to quickly regrow her hair. The item was delivered to her house in a few days and she began to use it. That's when she noticed that, even when taken with food, the four large capsules she had to take each day were causing her nausea. She forced them down for several weeks and experienced the nausea each time. She complained that the capsules were difficult to swallow. I told her that, since I paid for it with her debit card, I would contact the seller and request a refund to her card. That's when I learned that, despite the mention of "Free Returns", the Amazon "A to Z Guarantee" does NOT apply to this item and the seller refused to make any refund since the package had been opened and some of the capsules were used. But, how is one supposed to know if he can tolerate the various herbs in it if he does not do that? They don't offer a smaller and less expensive trial size to test to see if their product agrees with a potential buyer's digestive system. At a minimum, you will be gambling with your $85 during these inflationary times and then have to keep putting that amount out every month to see if it actually produces any noticeable hair growth after several months. And, even if it does, if you eventually get tired of that monthly expenditure and stop using it, your newly grown hair may then quickly fall out and you'll be back to square one again! So, my friend lost her Nutrafol gamble and my recommendation is that others think twice before taking the same gamble. Many people with thinning hair could have other health problems causing it which will not be corrected by this supplement. In such a case, they need to see a physician for a proper evaluation. Someone might merely have a simple vitamin/mineral deficiency that could be easily corrected by just taking a single good daily multivitamin/mineral tablet that will only cost less than a dime a day instead of about $3 a day as for Nutrafol! I read somewhere that the supplement industry has high profit margins because it can cost less than $2 to produce an entire bottle of capsules or tablets which they can then turn around and charge the customer tens of dollars for. Some of the "nutraceuticals" actually cost more than prescription drugs! It's been about a month so far and my friend says she hasn't noticed any increased regrowth of her hair. She also said that she regrets her purchase and would never buy Nutrafol again.

I’m a senior female experiencing thinning hair. I’ve been taking this for several months, also supplementing with another hair and nails formula because it covers some ingredients not found in this one, thus giving me a good amount of all recommended vitamins and minerals for hair growth. It’s hard to believe the significantly noticeable amount of thickening to my hair. I’ve tried singular multi formulas with some success in reducing hair loss but this product really did more. Of course it was important to be patient for two months. YES I highly recommend this product but also do your research and make sure you’re getting a full spectrum of trace ingredients etc. I am a very happy camper and now a believer that supplementation with quality products is very key to treating thinning hair. The price tag is very high though, the only drawback.
