Is as promised, wire leads are very thin wire. sufficient for 3 volts, but delicate to solder
I used these battery holders to create a remote battery box for an outdoor weather station. Saves me a ladder climb as now I can change batteries from the ground! These are just as pictured. My note on the wire grade is due to the challenge to solder onto connections. Someone with more expertise may not have this problem. I have completed the connection and the battery holders are doing exactly what I wanted. So the review is positive, the less than 5 rating is just a call out to others.

It simply works
I used this in a home project that needed a low profile battery holder. This one worked fine. I glued mine in place, though, so I don't know if the mounting holes they provide are good or not. I was very pleased that it shipped immediately and got here quickly.

Well made dual AA size batery holder.
Strong plastic that will hold-up to use, and brass rivets to hold the contacts in place. Wire length is good as well.
