Buy a new battery not a new vacuum
Vacuum would only run about 30 minutes. Bought a new battery and it runs for 2 plus hours again.

Wh calc wrong
In case anyone else is wondering why the math doesn't math on the battery label. The claimed 48.5 Wh energy rating appears inaccurateโat 14.4 V and 3,000 mAh, the correct energy is 43.2 Wh (3,000 ร 14.4 รท 1,000). If the battery truly provides 48.5 Wh, it would require a higher voltage or capacity than stated.

New battery did the trick for aging RoboVac
My aging Eufy RoboVac wouldnโt charge. After following user guide advice about possible causes that didnโt fix it, I decided to gamble on replacing the battery. I thought Iโd be stuck spending $32 plus shipping at Eufy, so I was amazed that Amazon immediately popped up with the correct battery after I entered the make/model #, and it was less than $20! And it did the trick! (Dog isnโt happy thoughโฆ)

My Eufy is born again!
When my Eufy Robo Vac battery died, I was sure it would cost close to $100 to replace it. How wrong I was. I found a replacement on Amazon for under $16 and it works perfectly. I was able to get Eufy back up and running.

Worked perfectly!
My eufy 11S robovac stopped working after a few years. It had a solid, red light, and none of the troubleshooting tips seemed to work. I tried to clean out the bristles, empty out the dirt container, nothing was able to fix it. Then I came across an article online that said it could be the battery. I bought this battery at $27, and as soon as I popped it in, the vacuum started working again. Definitely recommend!

Worked for a few months, small area to clean, barely used the vacuum, eufy shows battery error (full red light). You get what you pay for. Will spend the money and get the OEM battery now.
