Have losss in my left ear and didn't want to spend $2000 to $3000 for one hearing aid (total ripoff as Drs control the supply)Got a box with Two yes Two amplifiers and they work Great, my wife is talking very loud to me and I don't mis or misunderstandWhat is being saidOnly shortcoming is that it uses about a battery a day. - but the are very cheap like $7.00 per hundred batterie. Tried another brand of Amplifier and the recharging was problem matic. I get there is an acclimation period for hearing aids, but these are junk in every way. They are MASSIVE (jutting far outside of the ear), very low quality sound, picks up better on random sounds than voices.I implore you. Don’t buy. Don’t buy. Don’t buy.

They amplify good. Stick out of ears a little too much but my 93 year old dad was pleased

Bought these for my husband, who has decided he is vain, and does not want anyone to know he is wearing "hearing aids". These aids are more discreet than others we have tried, so he is happier, but they do tend to stick out farther than we thought they would. He loves the way they work, but because they stick out farther than anticipated, he feels like they are always "about to fall out" even though they are not, they just feel that way to him.

Great to have. Still adjusting to the fit. I have a short canals so they stick out more than I wanted, BUT! THEY HAVE GREAT SOUND. My first ones and I like that they don't go over the ear due to wearing glasses. They come with 3 different size ear pieces and if your not use to it then it takes time to get comfortable. It does pick up background noise but again this is my first so what to I know.

This is the second brand of hearing aides I have tried out and I am in the same boat. I purchased these aides for the sole purpose of being able to ear something while my regular ones were being repaired. I have not been able to retain either set in my ear. I installed these Monday afternoon and at 10:30AM Wednesday I discovered I have lost one. I move around a lot and this style of hearing aides will not stay in my ear for long. I am now using the retaining unit from each st. Will they get me through the next month? I doubt it. I have not had these long enough to evaluate their sound quality thus only 2 stars. I will say, the sound quality is not like high priced units.

The amplifiers fit comfortably and don't fall out of ear. The device is good for everyday use and communication but function less well when in a crowd or when there are multiple sounds in an environment. There are some sounds that are difficult to pick up, maybe because of their range. I am then reminded that those are amplifiers and not prescription hearing aides. I have found that some problems are decreased by reducing the volume. I will continue using happily.

These cause more confusion in my hearing than not having them. Maybe if it was a quite surrounding it might help with some spunds but i oninda doubt it. Its kinda like having a portable speaker in your hear. I guess thats kinda what a hearing is.
