Just wanted to leave a review about this awesome teether/rattle. My infant just made 7 months and has the two front teeth breaking through (nightmare!) But she's been loving this teether. I purchased this because it seemed to be an excellent price for a quality product and that assumption was correct. I love that even though it's wood that the wood is seal instead of rough and porous. My daughter likes that the rings slide back and forth and that she can hold this and bite the ends. Very well made and the pop of color makes it more fun looking. Would make an excellent small baby gift!

I absolutely recommend this wooden rattle! Great quality and much better than those cheap plastic toys! My son is almost 14 months old and he's still playing with it almost daily, and chews on it when he's teething

This was a present from my parents for my now 6 month old baby. I myself didn't opt to buy this since it is basic in appearance and I wasn't certain my son would enjoy a non-colorful toy. I did put it on my approved list of gifts earlier on and am thankful I forgot to remove them from the list.When this toy arrived it was scratched at the top of one of the balls as well as at the base of the same ball. When I contacted the company, they promptly sent me a new one, free of defects within a week.My 6 month old has enjoyed playing with this toy for quite some time now. I believe he started grasping toys around 3 or 4 months old. I think anytime after a baby shows they can grasp a toy is a perfect time to introduce this simple but wonderful rattle.After a couple of months of use my son still plays with this happily when we hand it to him. It is not a toy that loses it's luster. The rings make a soft clacking noise as the rattle is shaken about. There is no actual bell-type rattle sound that comes from the balls at the end. The rattle is sound that is emitted by the rings around the bar in the middle.We have a 2 year old toddler as well, and I do wish I had gotten her this toy two years ago when she was just starting to reach and grasp objects. If I misplace this toy, I will be sure to get one for my future babies. Highly recommend!

Used for a photo prop, but would use for a baby. Very soft to touch

I love that this is a natural wood product. I love how nice and silky smooth the wood is. The rattle sound isn’t amazing but my baby and I spend lots of time playing with it. It’s mesmerizing. I don’t think it is a great tether at least for my 6 month baby because she has a really hard time getting it to her mouth and can’t really chew it. The round ends are too large for her mouth and the rings on the side are hard to position for her. It is however entertaining to watch her endlessly attempt to put it in her mouth.

It made a great baby gift, appreciated the cloth bag the rattle came in and made for eco gifting. Good quality rattle, smooth with no snags for baby or preschool sisters. I can’t speak to the teething as I bought this as a gift for my newborn nephew. His sisters are thrilled to show off his new toy and it seems to be easy to hold.I was very happy with my purchase and would look to HomiBaby for future gifts.

My daughter is 10 months. She loves things she can hold in her hands especially if they make noise. I loved the simplicity of the rattle/teether. It's beautiful and durable. It makes a unique noise when the rings move. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

My little guy loves this rattle! It’s easy for him to hold and teethe on, as well as shake and whack on everything. It’s perfect for grasping and developing grip and coordination. The quality is great, and I really like the clean, minimalist, classic look. My one surprise, and my reason for a 4-star review instead of 5, is that it doesn’t actually rattle—I assumed that the balls on the end of the rattle would be filled and would make a sound when shaken—but the three rings do make a nice, quiet sound when played with, though! Just not quite what I was expecting.
