Great chews
Nylabone Puppy Extreme Tough Chew Toy Bones, Twin Pack, Beef Stew & Veg and Bacon Flavours, Small - £7.79 at time of review.Tried this with my 1 year old small mixed breed dog, and he loved it! Whilst it's aimed at puppies, adult dogs can also use these. As he's a small dog, it did last quite a while before needing to be thrown away. Don't know about the flavour, as I can't ask him obviously! But overall, I would recommend!

Nylabone is always a win for us
Nylabone Puppy Extreme Tough Chew Toy Bones, Twin Pack, Beef Stew & Veg and Bacon Flavours, SmallWhen it comes to pet products there are a couple of brands out there we know we can trust, regardless of the product they put out. Kong, Lily's Kitchen and of course Nylabone as well. With every single foster dog we've had come through our doors we have given them the Nylabone chew toys to safely and appropriately exercise the dogs urges to gnash and gnaw. This bone, I'd say is best smaller dogs, and I would take the sizing guide seriously. As the bones are quite small they could easily be swallowed whole and get lodged in the air way of medium sized dogs and up.I can't really say much for the flavour and or the smell, we've had similar products in the past that have had stronger scents and we've had ones that had less of a scent. Either way the dog seems to enjoy it very much and will come running when I whip this out.The only caveat I would place on this chew, is that I would wait to give it to my pups until I know they are (almost) done with teething. To make sure they don't do any damage to their soft puppy teeth when they chomp down on the admittedly hard material. Instead you could opt for the Nylabone puppy range which is exactly designed to deal with this issue.

Tough!
It's tricky finding toys suitable for our puppy because we also have an older, much larger dog who steals them and chews them to bits. These are holding up really well though, and despite having been given a good chewing by both dogs they're still going strong and should last a few weeks yet. They seem to like chewing them but I'm not sure the flavours are adding much. These seem to get about the same amount of attention as anything else they chew e.g. other toys, random bits of cardboard, shoes, the furniture, my trousers, etc...!

Good chews that last forever, but my dog wasn't overly excited at the flavours
these area great size for a small breed dog. I've added a photo to give you some idea of the size relative to my hand. I have an adult miniature pinscher, about 4.5kg and they suit him very well. Not so sure about the flavours, however, and my dog hasn't seemed particularly interested in them. He has another Nylabone, I'm not sure of the flavour of that one, but it's a dark red colour and he loves it. To be fair, he has chewed on them and they did keep him quiet when I first gave them to him, but he hasn't made a big fuss out of them like he does with chews and toys that he really loves. My advice would be to pick up at least one of these for your dog simply because they are cheap and basically indestructible and your dog will probably go back to it over and over at some point, so they're pretty good value. If your dog seems to love them then great, but if not then at least you've got a chew that will last a lifetime that you can toss to your dog to distract it from chewing things you don't want them to and the chances are it will be more interested in this, even if it isn't its favourite flavour or chew or whatever. That's been my experience anyway. I also like to swap one of these for my dogs yak cheese when he's had enough of the cheese for one day and I would prefer he was chewing on something he can't eat. I think they're great value and good chews that last forever, but since my dog doesn't seem too fussed about the flavour I've only given them four stars. Your dog may be different, however, and I suppose it's a matter of taste really. Hard to fault the chew for doing its job as a chew, however, as they are great otherwise and last forever without splintering or breaking or wearing down.

Usual Nylabone quality
My 2yo Springer Spaniel has had fun with these, taking to them quickly - which I imagine is testament to their flavouring - and gnawing on them a lot. She's definitely in the power chewer category so these bones, along with 99% of other dog toys she gets, don't tend to last much longer than a week or two, but they're of great quality and degrade in a safe way. They also don't leave loads of tiny pieces around the carpet like lesser brand equivalents. Recommended.

Great quality, dogs love them!
At the time of this review these 2 nylabones are £8.99. There are 2 different flavours and are really well made. I have 2 chihuahuas and a rather destructive jack russell terrier. These bones have held up really well and I haven’t had any issues with parts falling off etc. Brilliant and I’ll definitely be getting more.

Our dogs love them
Our dogs a chewers, these are perfect for their chewing needs. They love them and can chew on them for hours on end.

Still intact
We have a cockapoo puppy that chews everything and has destroyed just about every chew toy he's had so far. He's had these for a week, and while they aren't his favourite toys, he hasn't managed to destroy them, which is what the big selling point is with these. Very durable, so far.
