I had previously purchased one for my son for Christmas and the back had broke off. The seller went above and beyond and replaced it. When my son for his replacement he was over the moon and has been playing with it non stop. Will definitely buy from this seller again.

This product is easy and fun to use the two batteries make it easy to use all day the only problem is the safe switch is full auto and the auto is single shot other than that it is a very fun toy .
