Classic Series Poodle Case, Stratocaster/Telecaster, Brown

Nice case for STRAT,TELE...MUSTANG style guitar. It could SMELL better.😗 Glue is LATEX based and SMELLY....takes a couple weeks to dissipate....but it is still a good case!📢

Unfortunately this is NOT the G&G built Poodle case out of Los Angeles. Pretty sure this is an import built case with a slight nod to the poodle case otherwise if it were a G&G it would get a 5 star rating as a long time Fender supplier. If you were to compare this to the G&G side by side there would be a very obvious clear winner G&G hands down! At these prices I would prefer to get a nice Reunion Blues gig bag as the best bags on the planet or seek out the G&G. So it's just a case at a 3 star.

I love Fender products but this case came damaged and the packaging was fine. A large portion of the stitching was broken and pulled out right around the handle (see photo). Must have been packaged up damaged which is less than I'd expect when paying over $200 for a guitar case. It also says the case fits telecasters and strays but the neck divits in the inside of the case only line up with a telecaster so ill have to modify in a way to make it worm when the replacement arrives. (Didnt realize it didnt fit my strat until after I set up the return)

Very pretty. Good weight. Orientation is backwards from how cases are usually built.

I really like the case. It is well-built for sure. Is it worth paying the premium for the Fender name slapped on it? Only you can make that call. I really dig the aesthetic, so it was a keeper. If you just want a good case for what it's meant for (protection) there are much cheaper options out there.

Appreciate getting case here ahead of holiday schedule. I have bought several HS Guitar cases I am a little disappointed in that I have bought economy Chinese cases for approximately $100.00 The full priced T-S "Fender " poodle case in prime form lists for $199.00. WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS: A Chicaster light luggage quality knock off. I RECIEVED A DISCOUNT TO $150.00 because the case was less than quality. 0k the quality is not of Fender G&L standards!!! I got a bargain alright. Not an AMAZON problem! The manufacturing company is of very poor quality! If you're looking for a road dog case to protect you Corona; MIJ;MIM caster . This AIN'T it.

The locks on the case are placed upside down-- most guitar cases for right-handers have the shell holding the instrument the other way around. Instead, this guitar has the lid where the case should be. I bought this case because I wanted a vintage-style case for my Fender American Telecaster. As mentioned, it does the job but the locks are not anything fantastic and may not last forever. I have a Gibson Les Paul and the locks on that case are superb. Then again, the Gibson case is made in Canada, the poodle case is made in China. That pretty much speaks volumes.

Fits any fender Stratocaster and is a snug fit and looks great. I recommend it.

Estuche para guitarra eléctrica Fender Poodle Strat/Tele en color marrón: Comenzando por lo obvio, la forma de guardar la guitarra es al revés que en el resto de estuches que hay en el mercado: el cuerpo hacia la izquierda y el mástil hacia la derecha; aunque no supone ningún inconveniente a priori, no termino de entender la necesidad de este cambio. Respecto al estuche en si, el acolchado interior es fino, así que la guitarra no está igual de protegida que en otros estuches o fundas, siendo un estuche para guardar la guitarra en casa o en el estudio/local, pero no para llevarla de gira. El control de calidad no es muy bueno, ya que al menos a mí me llego con demasiadas partes interiores mal pegadas, además de ser demasiada ancha la tapa del compartimento interno, lo cual provoca un aplastamiento de los laterales. Respecto a los herrajes (asa, bisagras y cierres), se perciben de baja calidad y no espero que duren mucho tiempo aún cuidando el uso que le doy. La guitarra, una Telecaster Thinline, entra demasiado justa, y no asienta correctamente el mástil en los dos apoyos que trae el estuche. Por el precio que tiene, uno espera una calidad acorde a la marca que compra, no siendo este el caso. ¿Volvería a comprarlo? No.
