Ever since switching to a plant-based diet, it's been nothing short of literal hell for my fiancé and I. These do work like Beano, but cost less. I will buy again.

We use this in place of Beano -- it has the same effect and is much cheaper. We always take it before eating chili and other foods with beans. It works well -- recommended.

I'm taking these for excessive gas and my impression is that they aren't helping me much. Before taking this brand, I took a simethicone gas relief product from Amazon and that seemed to work better for me.

I use these fairly regularly, any time I eat something, well, possibly gassy. Works great for me. I used to buy the huge bottle of 300 or 500 count, but honestly I couldn't use them before they expired, so I think this bottle of 150 is perfect for me. No taste. Really small capsules. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Seems to do what it is supposed to do. I probably take them more often than necessary, since they're relatively inexpensive. I've purchased them at least a few times and it's probably about time for me to reorder. Recommended.
