The item is not a hard plastic like other similar items. It is rubbery, floppy and bends so it won’t fit our needs. We are stuck with it because there are no free returns. My kiddo is totally bummed.

We ordered this mask for one of our grandchildren and were extremely disappointed when we received it. The mask is very flimsy and does not have the inner black plastic piece to fit the mask properly on a child's head nor did it have the bottom adjustable strap. The order tracking was also incorrect as it showed it was shipped by FedEx to our home but it never showed up on the day it was supposedly delivered. Three days later we finally received it through the United State Postal Service and then the shipping label had the wrong name on it but had our address. Not only is the product unacceptable the shipping process leaves something to be desired as well.

I thought I was purchasing the hard plastic mask (which is what the picture of the product is), what I received was a floppy latex mask that was poorly painted to look like the hard plastic mask that everyone is looking for. I thought I was getting a good deal finding it for $14.... turns out the hard plastic mask is by Mattel and it's $35. This was a good reminder of "If the deal looks too good to be true, it probably is".

This burns me up because this mask is not at all the mask they advertise. Item absolutely does not fit the description or photos. Buyer beware. I am livid!!!!

We received a flimsy mask that does not allow control of the mouth.One size fits all and not adjustable.

This is not the hard plastic mask like at Target. This is a floppy mask that doesn't work.

You will not receive the mask pictured. This is a floppy latex mask not the rigid plastic that you wanted.
