Seemed sturdy, minimal instructions at best, wouldn't fit without under counter reducers.
02/19/2018- I modified my rating because of the shipper's response. I would have given the transaction a full five stars but because of the lack of adequate "instructions" (though I've replaced several faucets over the years) and the lack of necessary parts to adapt the new plumbing to the existing plumbing (normally sent with the products) I couldn't get the faucet to work so I returned it and ordered a different one. This particular faucet was our first choice and is good quality. The seller/shipper are on top of things. It shipped very fast, the return was seamless and though the product didn't work for us it was the quality we were looking for at a very good price. It's just lacking those "spare parts" and good instructions (if you need them).>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>We ordered this to replace a laundry sink faucet that finally wore out. It came with minimal parts and very poor instructions. Though I've replaced several faucets in the past I couldn't get this one to work right so I sent it back. It appeared to be sturdy, it appeared to be all metal and though it had instructions they were not good nor complete. Also, expect to make a trip or two to the hardware store to get the right reducers, etc. Our store didn't have the parts so we bought a replacement faucet in the store and sent this one back after realizing it wouldn't work. Shipping was fast, price was good if it would have fit, quality of the product appeared to be good too. The kit was minimal. It just wouldn't adapt properly to the rest of the under counter top plumbing. I marked it off primarily because of the poor instructions and the failure to include additional parts that are normally found in other faucet sets.

ALL SHOW, NO SUBSTANCE...
This is an interesting situation. First i'm going to let it be known that I am a PROFESSIONAL INTERIOR DESIGNER. Here is a STRAIGHT FORWARD run down in this item;PROS:1) I like the CONCEPT of this item. Pure in form, It is minimalist in nature and utilitarian in function. Is paired down to just the bare essentials;2) it LOOK EXPENSIVE when placed in the appropriate setting; JUXTAPOSED with the appropriate items;3) The price point is GREAT for that purpose... This is the perfect item for a project that is going to be a nonfunctioning "showcase" or in a place where it is NOT going to get heavy usage.CONS:1) IT is CHEAP not only in price point but in construction. It WILL fall apart even under normal usage suspect;2) It comes with NO assembly instructions. If you are not careful you can work yourself into a delima quite easily;3) it is POORLY DESIGNED. It COULD be an easy install piece, BUT they didn't design and construct it well;4) the "FREE GIFT" of the waterlines is laughable. You NEED those and even THEY are CHEAPLY constructed. They DON'T swivel at the faucet base insertion point. THIS is where the WHOLE installation problem evolves from... the "FREE GIFT" is ACTUALLY a NIGHTMARE!5) The water lines at the VALVE end are 1/2" NOT 3/8"!!!6) Their "customer service" knows NOTHING about their product! When asked questions About it they simply responded they did not know anytbing about what I was talking about!?! They should know! When I pressed them to just send me a picture of it tbeI ACTUALLY sent me an email asking me NOT TO ORDER the product!!! I had already pla ed tbe order and now I am sending back

Faucet came defective
I've been a plumber for over 10 years, and aroud it my entire life. This is a very low end faucet, as the price would suggest. 1 of my supply lines needed some "old-school" plumbing tricks to not leak. The head came with a crack in it, so it sprayed my wall. The head also sprayed water out of the settings button. I expected to have to use some trickery when installing. You get what you pay for. But I did not expect parts to have cracks in them. The install was easy, if you follow the directions in the amazon pictures. No installation instructions came with it. If it wasn't for the competitive pricing, i would've rated 1 star. Had to come back to reduce this to 1 star. I contacted the seller wanting a new head, so the faucet would work correctly. I was told to return it. Sorry, but I don't have the time to take it out. Duct tape is preventing water from spraying my walls. I appreciate that you did nothing to satisfy the customer. Your suggestion just made more work for me. To take it out, for the price, it isn't even worth my time to return it. Please take my advice and do not buy this product. NOT HAPPY, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE IN MY SITUATION.

No instructions on assembly!
This is a nice faucet, but there is a trick to mounting and assembling the parts. There definitely is a sequence to putting the parts together otherwise you find yourself mounting and removing until you get the order correct. Also the braided hose can twist when you secure the nuts...take that into account when attaching them.

Delighted, More $$$ Doesn't Mean Better
I purchased the Churun Stainless Sprayer Faucet to replace a higher end more expensive unit that I hate. My installed sprayer only sprays when you hold down the button, is a struggle to retract, and has to be held in place when extended. It is also brushed nickel, while the rest of my kitchen is stainless. The Churun sprayer faucet solved everything at a fraction of the cost. The positionable gooseneck is awesome as I can aim, switch from stream to spray, and *let go*, and all stays as I left it. The flow/temperature adjustment on my old unit was awful as well, as it only wanted binary functions, i.e. hot or cold, off or on, but anything in between was a hassle. Loving this, and my old unit has been downgraded to the laundry sink!

This faucet is attractive to look at. The hose ...
This faucet is attractive to look at. The hose connections however are 1/2 inch, which is not specified in the product description. And since the hose connections into the faucet are specific, you can't just buy new hoses. Had to send this back.

Think twice.
It didn't last long. Started leaking in less than a year and the part couldn't be replaced. It's permeantly on there.
