Product was delievered too fast but as Amazon says person will come & install but after 15 days no one comes for installation.

Packaging was good.Had 2 dent's at back side and small scrates with paint gone rest all was fine.I think the dealer had either sent re returned product from earlier customer as in mkt or out in shops we dont see such things its only in online products that such issues appear.Installation was free and was done in less than 24 hrs.Product is good and have being using from few days no issue till now.Only one thing that the company could have done better its the indicator green and red lights which are too tiny and are beneath the geaser and r not visible properly.Atleast they should have been big orient company should look into it.

Pipe for the flow is not provided

Temperature indicator is not working property and indicator lights are too small

Safety valve was not present in gyser box.

Value for money

The price is extra for the indicator, but the indicator wont work, which is just a prop. Better try Bajaj, which shows the exact heat level. Not worth.

The looks of the geyser is just amazing. Matte white finish looks extremely premium. The water heats up in just 10 minutes. Water stays hot for more than 8 hours. I got a free installation at my home from the brand. This product is much much better and of a higher quality than most other brands like Bajaj, Venus, etc. Good to see some big brands now coming in thr geyser market. This is a blind buy. No regrets.
