Are these dishwasher safe?

I plan to use the dishwasher to clean them. I haven’t yet. I initially washed them by hand before I used them. I would not hesitate to use the dishwasher to clean them.

I need to be able to stack these bins. Will they stack?

The box said stackable so I was under the impression that they stacked. They do not. What the box is referring to is that when the containers are empty, each one fits inside another to about 1” from the bottom, creating a “stack” and saving space when storing unused bins. These are really nice, sturdy and well-made unfortunately I will have to return them though. There is way too much unused white space in my pantry between shelves. So these did me no good since that was my reason for purchasing.

Can these be used in the freezer?

It says you can use these in the freezer, I have only used them in the refrigerator however.

The photo shows bottom width is 8". i can see the bin tapers. so i need to know the width at the top edge. can i fit 4 bins side by side in 35" space?

The width at the top edge is 8’. I placed all 4 of my bids side by side and it measured 32 inches long. So, your bids will definitely fit in your space.
