Tibetan Diary: From Birth to Death and Beyond in a Himalayan Valley of Nepal

Great book. I now have a more realistic picture of Tibetan society and its people. Though spiritual they do not sit around meditating all day. They are just like the rest of us - good, bad and indifferent - and they like beer - sorry should have put a spoiler alert.

Read for school. Interesting but admittedly slow at parts. Definitely makes me want to go see Tibet.
