21st birthday decorations
I bought this for my daughters 21st birthday which was on New Year's Eve. It was already one of the biggest days of the year and this decoration kit made her birthday even more special. Although their was a little bit of work to do in putting together some of the items, it was worth it, and I would recommend buying some helium for the balloons. Quality and value for money wise, I would give this kit a 4/5.

A Great Celebration Package
What a great package! Really I was only after the large number balloons but by the time we'd used everything else the room looked great. I'd read elsewhere about using some lubricant when filling balloons with helium but these were all fine without it. Came with some ribbon for tying balloons down but best to buy a separate roll. Also bought some of the small metal/magnetic weights for holding balloons down, made the job a lot easier!

Fine for short use
Balloons started deflating within a few hours, the happy birthday birthday banner arrived bent and the curtain was very fragile - breaking just from walking through. I bought these same decorations a few years ago and they lasted brilliantly, so I'm disappointed that they seem to have deteriorated in quality since.
