Good quality dog conditioner though the bottle does dry out if not sealed well. Our dog’s coat is very soft after using and is rarely itchy. Smells nice.

I have a very old dog who now has sensitive skin and is prone to hot-spots throughout the summer. I had been using Earthbound Organics oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, which I liked, though I was always disappointed that you could only buy the shampoo without added fragrance and their oatmeal conditioner was very, very think. So summer rolled around and I started having to bath my dog every couple of days with a medicated shampoo due to hot spots. Trouble was, I'd run out of conditioner and it was getting hard to tell if he was itching because he still have the hot spots or if it was because his skin had dried out from the frequent washing. My usual conditioner was out of stock, so I tried Burt's Bees, and am liking it very much.Because of all the itching, I am definitely using a lot of conditioner for full, deep coverage and I've been actually leaving it on for the full five minutes. As other reviewers have mentioned, the conditioner is thinner than some, which makes it easier to massage in fully, though also makes it easier to use more. While not all his problems have gone away yet, his fur and skin seem soft afterwards. While he smells more like a clean dog than fragrance, which is less exciting to my nose, but I really like knowing that I haven't added anything that could unnecessarily irritate his skin. It seems to wash out easily.

My girl always got dandruff after a bath, this conditioner has eliminated that completely! Now she is so shiny and soft, and still smells nice after a couple of days. Highly recommend.

Bottle came and was not filled to the top. Worse thing is it’s so watery it runs right out of your hands when putting it on your pup. Takes a lot too to get it all over the dog.the only good thing is it does leave my poodles coat soft
