Charging faster than my other!
-I looked at the time it would take to charge my ---Samsung S9 with one of my other type-C and it worked, but not as fast as this type-C I could instantly see the power percentage move up faster when changing from one type-C to this type-C.-It's great, but your going to need an adapter for it.I would had given it a 5☆, but I had to give it 4 because of the lack of an adapter, but it does it's job!

sturdy and well designed
I bought the CablePlux USB Type C to Type-C cable for my Samsung Galaxy s8+, which requires this type of connector. I have had the use of these cables for over 2 months and connected to the Anker IQ 4 port charger and I couldn’t be happier. The braided cable is stiff, but can be positioned to your needs. For me, it matters which direction I plug the cable into my s8+, I know, I’ve read that it doesn’t matter if you plug the cable one side or the other into the device, but if you look on one side of the c plug there is a very small line where the metal is soldered. If that side is facing up toward me, my s8+ indicates that it’s slow charging, the other side without the small line, my phone indicates it’s fast charging. These are not the only cables to do that, in fact I have never seen a c cable that doesn’t do that. My recommendation is to buy these cables, so far they have proven to be sturdy and well designed.

So Far So Good
Can’t give this 5 stars quite yet. Been a bit iffy about braided cables, since I’ve had friends who haven’t had the best luck with them.I on the other hand, have nothing bad to say about it. Works just like any other usb C cable. Fast and simple. No issues so far.

CablePlux delivers a quality product
I bought this for use with my Samsung Galaxy S8. This cord is high quality, its perfect at 6ft giving me plenty of room to maneuver it to the back of my desktop and snake it up to the front of my desk with 2 feet to spare for me to hold. The connection is snug when I plug it in, and I have to be sure to pull straight out due to the close fit when I disconnect, that's more of a bonus than a subtractor. It fast charges my phone as advertised. The data transfer seems to be on par with normal USB cables, I did not see anything blazing fast, I attempted to copy a 1.7 GB file from my SSD to the phone and it took a minute so nothing out of the ordinary there.I've been using the cable for a week now, and am ordering 2 more, one for my girlfriend and one as a travel spare. I usually only buy from CableMatters and StarTech when it comes to cables and dongles but i'll check these guys out going forward.

Excellent USB-C Cable
This is a high-quality USB-C cable that you can buy and forget about that will last you a long time. Both ends are USB-C connections, so you can only use this for your latest phones and laptops, etc. USB-C is bidirectional in both its data and power flows, so it allows you to not only access each connection's content, but also their power, so you can use it to charge your phone or laptop, whichever needs more power, etc. This is the cable of the future - and is long overdue. Whoever these suckers who design asymmetrical cables such as the older USB and ports such as HDMI, DisplayPort, etc. should all be fired. How much precious time have you lost fumbling around inserting cables like a lost virgin? Well, those days are over, friends! (Theoretically you have a 50/50 chance of inserting a mini-USB, etc. cable correctly, but in actuality it's more like 90% wrong, amirite?? God sure has a wicked sense of humor with odds.)

All in all the cable is well made and seems to be durable and the length is almost 7 ft long which is nice if your outlets are kinda far from you
This cable does not have fast charge capabilities. I used this cable twice to charge my Galaxy S8 using the Archeer AR-QC-24C charger( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IB8PB92/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) which has one Qualcomm 3.0 QuickCharge Type-C USB port and I only got standard charging speeds. To make sure it wasn't the charger, I plugged in the charging cable that came with the Galaxy S8 using the Type-A to Type-C adapter that also comes with the Galaxy S8, and sure enough, I was fast charging the phone. To make triple sure, a couple of days later I tried this cable a third time and no dice. It only delivers old standard charging speeds. All in all the cable is well made and seems to be durable and the length is almost 7 ft long which is nice if your outlets are kinda far from you. I would've given it 3 stars if it weren't for the deceptive title of the product that touts it has Fast Charge capability. I'll be sending this one back and keep looking for a Type-C to Type-C cable that delivers Fast Charging. But Type-C to Type-C cables are a rarity so far.

Excellent value.
Came in good time and well-packaged. Works exactly as I'd hoped. This was a good price for a sturdy USB-C cable that's 2m long -- 6.6 ft. When my phone (Google Pixel) is charging, I have much more "room to maneuver". I love the durable nylon braid sheathing. The fitting of the plugs to the sockets, both in the charger and my phone, are good and tight, without being out of spec in size. It even looks nice.Replaced my cable from my old Google Nexus 5x of bricking fame. And, yes, it did. The charging cable was of lousy construction, too. The synthetic rubber outer sheathing rotted and tore at several places -- each end where the cable proper connected to the plug(s), and several places along the cable itself. Four different places where the conductive outer braiding was exposed. And began breaking. It's now literally trashed.

I bought this to charge my nintendo switch
I bought this to charge my nintendo switch using a 30w Anker wall charger and it works perfectly. I can charge my switch as im playing it. Fits into both the charger and the switch snug but not too snug. The cable is flexible but it is a bit stiff. You can bend it to go where you need it, but it'll basically hold that shape instead of trying to straighten itself out like a rubber coated cable or go limp like some other braided cables. I spent a lot of time trying to decide between this one and a similar Anker cable thats a few dollars more. I'm an Anker fan, love all their products, but I went with this one because its usb 3.1, the Anker cable is 2.0. From what i understand 3.1 supports faster charging. I'm happy I went with this cable.
