How do I know if they are on to power up?

Hold your hand over the solar panel and it should light if turned on

Can I carry this in check-in luggage ?

It's so small, space wise yes..lithium battery though

Does this seller offer longer versions of these?

Hi I’m not sure if they do a longer version but I have them going all up my garden as the solar boxes are small and the wire can be either run down the side of fence or around any thing you want to attach them too

Is the 24M split between both sets of lights (12M per light)?

both lights have there wire ==12 M this is best i can do because my lights are fitted to a arch way they are very good lights
