***EDIT We have now had this for almost 8 months. I still use this everyday. We have had zero issues. Love this vacuum*** We bought this because we have a small dog that sheds constantly, and a toddler. We were looking at the s11 model, but this pet model was on sale and we needed a vacuum quickly. Pros: - Lightweight, making it very easy to maneuver - Hangs on wall easily and has built in charger for an additional battery (sold separately) - Various attachments have a place on the dock so all the pieces stay together and are easily accessible (no more digging through the closet to find the crevice tool) - the mini brush adaptor is AMAZING for cars, rugs, carpeted stairs, furniture, literally everything cloth. It picks up hair really easily and quickly, gets in smaller spaces without lugging a big vacuum or attaching to a hose. I love it so much. - Suction is really wonderful! -Cost - LED light is super bright and shows how gross my floors really are before vacuuming - we have very short carpet on our stairs and in our bedrooms. This vacuum cleans it very well. Cons: - battery life does not last long, HOWEVER if you read about the product the battery life it says it has is very accurate. An additional battery can be purchased if needed. So the 10minute battery life on high mode is accurate (but I have very rarely needed to use the vacuum on high mode) - Vacuum does not stand up on its own, and this would be useful in the inevitable event of random interruptions with a child whilst trying to quickly vacuum. - Head does take a few passes to pick up bigger things like an uncooked bean or a cheerio, but the vacuum can be quickly detached from the floor adaptor and beans and cheerios quickly can be vacuumed up with no attachment. We went from a corded, heavy, and bulky Dyson vacuum to this and we love it. We vacuum multiple times a day with it, use it upstairs and downstairs, on furniture, in the car, in the high chair. It’s seriously amazing. We’ve had it for a few months now and had no issues with it. It easily comes apart, has an attachment that you can clean the filters with, is easy to set up and use. I will never go back to a heavy corded vacuum for everyday use. We were shocked at how wonderful and light it is and how well it fits under, between, and around furniture. Love love love this product!

I've had this vacuum for about four months now and it's already a big regret. I'd just moved and decided to get a stick vacuum but didn't want to pay for a Dyson so I thought the $300ish range would be a good solid (more affordable choice). This thing is already dying. The battery BARELY lasts like a minute so I have to vacuum my 1-bedroom apartment in spurts which I SHOULD be able to do in one go (it's not that big). Some other pain points: 1. You have to have it on turbo the entire time. None of the other power levels do anything. 2. when you have it on turbo the entire time - your battery lasts literally no time. If I want to do the entire apartment it takes me all day with charging times. 3. If you're vacuuming on turbo (which I always am) and you take your finger off the trigger. The vacuum won't start again even if you've only been doing it for 30 seconds. 4. it takes a while to charge. not like hours. but if you wanted to do two turbo sessions it would probably take about 45 minutes to charge back up for your second turbo session. 5. i've got a dog - not a super shedder but a long haired who leaves some fur around. And this does like nothing on the carpets. on the hardwood - sure it's great. But the carpets - nothing. nada. i gather the fur myself to the hardwood and then use the vacuum to suck it up which is annoying. 6. The turn radius broke so it’s super annoying to use now. See video. it also defo worked better when I first got it and then after a month has just gone down hill. I'm giving it a year but hoping i can make it work two years before finding something better. I probably won't be getting a Tineco brand again.

I Love the maneuverability and convenience of this vacuum and it picks up much more than I can see is on the floor. I use it primarily for carpet & I have cats. I can do my whole downstairs + the stairs on one charge with charge left over. Doesn't scare the cats. Love that it has it's own docking station & I can have it easy access for quick pick-ups & the accessories are right there with the vacuum. Love that it automatically connects & charges when you dock it. I especially wanted the mini power brush for upholstery which works very well on the carpeted stairs, upholstery kitchen chairs, etc. I like that I can see how much it is picking up. It is very easy to empty & clean the filters & the brush head. I highly recommend buying extra filters. I always replace the pre-filter after each use & wash the dirty pre-filter & put it somewhere to dry. With extra filters, I can rotate & always have a clean/dry one in the machine. I purchased the A11 Hero from Walmart about 6 weeks ago for our business. We all love it so I chose this one for home. I learned from experience with the A11 Hero at the business it picks up so much dust left from lousy vacuums in the past that even though it is just about 1000 sq ft, the filter must be washed after every use. I am finding that the dust "load" seems to be improving now that we have been using it a few weeks. I have 4 Pre-filters & 4 Hepa filters for home and the business that I rotate. The Hepa filters do not need to be cleaned or replaced nearly as often, but I like having spares. At the business, there was some concern that the width of the head would make it slower to do the vacuuming at the end of the day. It has actually proven to be a definite plus. Not only does the smaller head (compared to some of the big clunky vacuums we have had in the past) improve the suction, but it makes it more agile to get into and under things the larger vacuum heads would not access without moving large items. Bottom line, I expect I will vacuum more often with less hassle since it is so accessible & easy to use. The A11 Hero at work has won them all over & no complaints about vacuuming at the end of the day!
