Heavenly Money Saver.
I save so much money with this over the drive though iced coffee I use to buy. With this product I consistently get a superior coffee drink where at the drive through some times it was ahhhhh and other times it was not worth drinking and got thrown out when I got home. I control what I put in it and how much of everything I use so it's consistent. I use about 6 ounces of water, one squirt of coffee and a few tablespoons of cream (I like a creamy drink) with some ice and it's perfect every time. I bought some for a couple and they couldn't get over how great their homemade coffee drinks were, they are in love with this product as am I.I forgot to mention that this is the only place I've been able to find the decaf iced coffee concentrate. I've seen iced coffee in the grocery but have always been disappointed that they do not have decaf. I am thrilled with the Top Roast Coffee, not only is the taste superior, but it's also available in decaf.

Genuinely tasty concentrate at a reasonable price
I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised by this concentrate. I've tried pretty much any DECAF cold brew concentrate I could find for the last 2 years. This one is by far the tastiest and the most economical. I think their recommended serving of 1 pump per 8 ounces of water is too little for my taste. I use 1-1/2 pumps per 8 ounces. But this stuff actually just tastes good. It's bold and flavorful but oh so smooth at the same time. It's what I had hope cold brew concentrate would be when I started down the cold brew path. This is especially challenging for the relatively small group of us who drink decaf and have far fewer choices. It's not just good compared to the other decaf options, it's just genuinely good.If I had to find a negative, I would like a larger container, but even at 1-1/2 pumps, I should get 60+ servings per bottle and since I'm not a rabid coffee drinker, that's really plenty.

Bottle/pump leaks a lot of concentrate on first use.
I'm updating this reviews stars b/c after contact with seller, they promptly assisted me with the challenge I had. Not sure if others had the same experience but company handled my compliant to warrant me upping this review to 5 stars. I would still love to know how to remove the pump to repurpose the bottle but once it's screwed on, it locks in place making it impossible to remove. The 2nd bottle only oozed for a bit then began working properly. TY DreamPak.[original review] I like this decaf. I'm not a coffee aficionado so can't speak to comparisons but it suits my needs. I add coconut water, cinnamon & coconut milk & love it. I boil coconut water & cinnamon in sauce pan on stove then add cold coconut milk. No cleaning of a coffee pot & I get my coffee fix sans milk, sugar & caffeine. The reason for 2 stars. This is my 2nd online order & I thought it may be a fluke on the first order but again once the pump was screwed on, the coffee concentrate began leaking down the sides of the bottle. This is not a returnable product & for $18, I'd prefer it to work properly. I didn't photograph the first one. Once the pump is screwed on, it's impossible to unscrew it. Baffling. The first bottle finally stopped oozing after a few days. This bottle is still oozing so I doubt I'll order again. I guess if you don't mind losing 5+ cups to leakage, I'd say, "go for it". :-(

So easy, neat, and it does taste like coffee. Well worth the price.
5 stars because it does not need to be refrigerated, you have 90 days to go thru it after you open it, and it tastes like real coffee. Is it my favorite coffee in the world...no, but I have to get the instant coffee I like from England because they don’t sell it here. It totally makes sense if you are in a hotel room somewhere or have to stay in an extrended stay executive suite and you don’t want to use their nasty coffee. My husband hates coffee because he finds it all horrible and messy. This is the least messy way to have coffee. I really appreciate the fact they offer this decaf! Thanks...I wish Illy and LavAzza would get on this microgrind thing this company is doing.

Easy and tasty
All of a sudden I've been craving iced coffee. But making and cooling strong hot coffee is a pain. Also since I like to enjoy a glass before bedtime, I wanted decaf. I suppose most people wouldn't call me a coffee aficionado, and I kind of roll my eyes every time I pass a Starbucks wondering why that line of people seems to have "Drunk the Kool-Aid". I think STBX is overpriced, often over sugared, and over-hyped. But to each his/her own. I guarantee that if I used this concentrate, some almond milk, sweetener and ice and blended it up, the STBX fans would rave. And this would be a fraction of the price.

Strong concentrate, perfect for beverages or baking
This is a STRONG coffee concentrate! Don't make the mistake that I did of pumping two or three times into a tall glass to make iced coffee. One pump was plenty strong enough, even with ice and milk added! This is also a really good flavor addition to chocolate cake and brownies. Espresso powder isn't always on hand. A bit of this enhances the chocolate just as well. Just don't go overboard. As I said, it's POTENT stuff. In the mornings I add a small amount to my full-caf iced coffee, to give it an extra coffee flavor.

This stuff to me tastes like cheap burnt coffee
I had bought this to try to do some iced coffee/mocha kinda concoctions for home as my Starbucks habit had gotten VERY expensive. This stuff to me tastes like cheap burnt coffee... Like if you left a pot of coffee on and heating for three days till it boiled down to syrup. Then instead of throwing it away you just decided to add more water to it and yeah. The coffee tastes not good at all.

Decent start to daily iced coffee
The price-per-serving is definitely unbeatable. I've been using this to make iced coffee in the mornings at work: two pumps of the coffee concentrate, 6-7 ounces of cold water, and 5-6 ounces of milk. The taste is meh; there's a lingering, mild chemical note that'll prevent this from ever replacing a real espresso drink or fresh-brewed coffee. But over ice, with chocolate milk, it's an agreeable, fast, and cheap alternative to iced mochas from an espresso cafe.
