Not as big as described
In the photos for the stool it shows that the depth of seat (front to back) is suppose to be 20 inches and that is 16 inches wide. This is not correct. The depth of the seat is a little over 15 inches and the width is 16". The stool itself is sturdy and roles easily enough, but I didn't find it all that comfortable or saddle like. After 1-2 hours I have to stand and move around. The whole idea of a saddle stool is to force you into a particular position, one that's like riding a saddle. For that to happen the front of the saddle needs to be wider. I've tried a couple of these stools and the one I have found to be the most comfortable is2xhome - Adjustable Backless Rolling Saddle Stool Chair. If you're a tiny person, or a kid this stool would be a good choice because the size of the stool for someone tiny would force them into the "saddle riding" position.

2 months, regular use on epoxy floor, broken
I have had this stool for 2 months now, use on a hard, flat floor, and weigh about 230. Weld on the ring that secures the caster/wheels broke and I do not have access to a welder.

Takes a while to get used to but does its job
I don’t know when I started getting excited about products that promised good back support. I don’t even really have lower back problems. But since I wanted to keep it that way and I do have neck problems, I decided to order this stool. From what I can tell, saddle stools are supposed to work as follows. The stool promotes a “rear end back” sitting posture, restoring the natural curve of the lower back (lordosis). In many of us, myself included, that curve has flattened out to some degree from years of sitting in chairs with no lower back support, and the logical conclusion is that the rest of the back on through to the neck would then undergo additional stress. Because it forces you to sit in a different way, you have the opportunity to unlearn those years of bad sitting habits. This stool does work as intended, but fair warning - it takes a while to get used to, and it’s not entirely comfortable while you’re getting used to it. I’m a bit less than one month in, and the rate at which my body is adapting has slowed down considerably; your mileage will vary, of course, but I’m prepared to give it up to six months if need be. I’d recommend starting out by sitting on it a few minutes a day and very gradually working your way up. Don’t overdo it in the beginning or you’ll soon find your body warning you to back off. The exact shape of this warning varied for me, but I experienced everything from the beginnings of saddle sores (ha!), to strange tingles in my naughty bits, to dizziness and neck stiffness. The rate and frequency at which these happened diminished over time for me, and my sitting posture gradually improved on the stool and off as I stuck with it and became able to use the stool for longer. As for the build quality of the stool, the stitching on mine was off-center and the metal pentapod had a couple little extra bits of metal, which I will uncharitably describe as booger-shaped, stuck to its surface - artifacts of the casting process, I assume. These cosmetic flaws don’t detract from the function or structural properties of my unit in the slightest, and though they don’t bother me in the slightest and probably won’t be present in yours, I mention their presence in mine for the sake of thoroughness. The only complaint I have with the actual design of the stool is that the casters (i.e. the wheels) are plastic. Still, the stool feels quite solid and not wobbly at all so far. I also appreciated that assembling the stool took less than two minutes and was so intuitive that I almost didn’t need to refer to the instructions. If you’ve ever assembled an office chair before, it’s like that, except without the most time-consuming part of attaching the back to the seat.Five stars. I’ll revisit this review in the future if anything changes.

Very nicely done
This is one of those items that you will be happy to have, it was very easy to put together and very steady, the wheels roll super smooth, and it's really comfortable, a great option for those places with not a lot of room but with the need of a stool, will recommend this chair to have around.

Very Comfortable
What I like:- Very comfortable.- Simple to assemble.- Seems well-built.- Rotates smoothly.- You can rotate the seat to sit multiple ways. I'm rehabbing a shoulder with pulley exercises and need to sit with my knees close together to do so effectively. Rotating the seat 90 degrees allows me to do that just fine. Nice. What I don't like:- I didn't feel like the seat was clicking or locking into place when I assembled the stool. It feels more like it's resting on the pole. That lessens my confidence that the seat could suddenly detach while I'm sitting on it. When I pick up the stool by the seat it doesn't come apart, so my concerns are probably unnecessary, so I'm not taking this into account with my rating.RECOMMENDED.

No Tools Required To Assemble!
I won't lie had some trouble with putting on wheels. Came to the product page and had no trouble. Cool idea to have the instructions on the product page! Wheels roll really well and smooth, also saddle seat feels so comfortable it's still stiff but comfortable. Hard to explain you can tell when it fully breaks in will be very relaxing! I will be sitting in this alot definitely recommend. If I am using it for home use you know it will work for customers at your stores!

Excellent stool
Overall it is an excellent stool. It was easy to assemble and is very comfortable to sit on. The wheels were a tad more difficult to put on, but I suspect I just didn't use enough force in my first attempt to put it together. I did forget to take the small cap off the top of the air rod. However, it doesn't appear to affect the functionality of the product. The only minor thing that I don't particularly like is that the handle to adjust the height is a little stiffer than I would prefer. However, that might loosen up as I use the stool.

Good quality
It's important to note that if you're new to saddle stools this will take some getting used to. Setup and build is easy however and you're off and running in no time. The materials themselves are of high quality and will take some punishment through everyday use. This isn't a regular rolling chair so you'll need to get used to the way your body positions on it, but it's very effective for what is promised.
