I needed this type of limes for some holiday cocktails. I love this type and they make a real statement with guests who aren't familiar with these babies. You get a nice bright lime taste without the bitterness that can sometimes be found in the traditional limes. I had never ordered my limes from this company and decided to take a chance, even though I would be using them for holiday entertaining. They really delivered! Perfect taste and the "beads" really burst with the juice. I ordered with their standard shipping and they actually came sooner than I expected. I will definitely be ordering from Shanley Farms again.

These are pretty cool. The limes were a lot smaller than I expected but they did the job. Not sure I would use these as a substitute for regular lime but if you want to add a visual or textural accent to your dish this is a neat option, although a little pricey.

We had some amazing finger limes from another vendor in the past, but these are in a different class. These were quite small and shriveled. Since we are not fortunate enough to get these often, we tried to savor them as much as possible. They were extremely tart and only had a little fruit in each. There were over a dozen total. Fun purchase, but not as expected. Definitely didn't look like the picture.
