Works as advertised

Recteq is set for 250°, screen read 250° and confirmed by use of an oven thermometer. Calibrated the probes using Recteq protocol and had to reduce them by 8+ degrees. Took probe, inserted into probe clip and attached to grill grate. When RFD read 250°, the meat probe showed 280+°. Felt I could not trust to give accurate reading when cooking meat.

Love them.

This product does not fit in our Jim Bowie GMG, the insert is 2/3 the size and doesnt fit nicely.

It does not fit the rec tec rt300 the size is completely off where you. Secure the screws the size is 4.75 on there is 4.3 it doesn't sit right inside. It pops up

They were inaccurate from the start and failed completely during the third cook. They are a waste of time and money.
