Yes, I recommend recreational fuel I run 110 octane race, gas, and have no carburetor issues

I would say atleast 12. It’s fast. And the kick start is difficult to start. At its max the bike goes 55 MPH. I bought it for my 13 year old nephew. And he’s a dare devil and I could tell the speed it’s capable of going even shook him a bit. He keeps it in 2nd or 3rd gear primarily. But I think a smaller more wirey build 16-18year old could also drive it
