A 90 capsule plastic bottle of 1845mg L-Arginine & Citrulline, basically amino acids, suitable for metabolism management, muscle development, and improved blood flow. L-Arginine has also been reported to help with male and female libido, including erectile dysfunction, by helping to improve blood flow. I’m starting to be affected by ED, so I’m hoping this supplement will help improve my predicament, so far I do seem to be seeing some improvement. It can also be used if you need help in the gym, with muscle improvement, as it’s reported to improve blood flow and muscle development because of this. The bottle came sealed and you need to take 3 capsules per day with food. They are a easy to swallow size. Made in the UK and vegan friendly.

seals on both bottles were broken- not acceptable for many reasons - return for full refund or replacement items please…? Awaiting reply - happy to amend once I’m aware of the outcome…

In the photos of these it says serving size as 1 then under that is says 1 serving = L-Citrulline 1200mg etc. When the product arrived it says on the side that you need to take 3 to achieve that dosage. Either very dishonest or very misleading advertising

This product is very good and works almost instantly. The effect is almost immediate if taken on an empty stomach. This product is very strong. I take 1 tablet in the morning on an empty stomach. It should be taken on an empty stomach and 30 minutes away from food. This product works almost instantly and it works very well, but you must be careful. If you want a great quality L Arginine/Citriline product, this product is excellent.

I got these L-Arginine & Citrulline Capsules to add to my supplement regimen. The 90 (vegan) capsules provide a 30-day dose, which is very reasonable for the price point. Upon using them I can say that they are free from any unusual taste or odor, and I've had no adverse effects so far. Due to the nature of the supplement, it's hard to say for sure if they're effective. I started taking these as part of the "Holy Grail Supplement Stack", and have noticed positive results, so the product looks good!

I generally take L-Arginine 1 hour before workout to help with blood flow and this supplement has made a difference. I can see it gives me extra pump when training. However it is necessary to take it regularly for a couple of weeks to really notice the effects.
