Rotten!
I opened and finished the first bottle within a week or so. When I opened the second bottle (which had been completely sealed up until then) the egg whites STANK terribly and were definitely past the point of being edible. I proceeded to open the third bottle which was also smelly and rotten. Disappointed… :(
