Can this be used on cattle ?

I would think so- I use on equine

could i lightly apply this to my dogs entire body? she gets darn near eaten alive by black flies while camping. thanks

Not good for dogs. They’ll lick almost any part of the body you’d apply this. Better off with product made for dogs like Frontline or similar.
