This is one solid mp3 player! I use this at work, where I am constantly moving around in a shop environment and I have this in my pocket, and it just takes the abuse from various things hitting against it! I have also dropped this a couple of times to bare concrete, and the music just keeps going! The overall quality of this mp3 player is phenomenal, ease of use, sound quality, the shuffle all capability, and the lock function are awesome and work as it should. Player arrived with a full battery charge and it lasted 4 days/10 hr shifts each day, on continuously with the exception of breaks and when I left for the day, and I've charged it up and lasts longer than any other mp3 player that I've owned! I would Highly recommend this player for anyone looking for an inexpensive, durable, easy to use mp3 player! This company hit one out of the park with this one and will definitely purchase more!

Really nice mp3 player. Arrived really early as well. Lots of space for music and pictures. Nice size. Earphones are great. They completely cancelled out noise. I would recommend this to anyone.

i wanted a simple player that i could use to throw mp3 files on from my computer, where i have a massive music collection. i have a 32 gb micro sd card already, so i filled it up and popped it in the player. this thing is so easy to use! i love that it has a shuffle for the entire contents of your memory card. it's not finicky about transferring from folder to folder, unless you specifically select a single folder to play.this is economical, user-friendly, and plays music back with surprisingly good quality.this is especially simple if you're a pc person. i highly recommend this player!

Lots of features, some I haven't even used yet. Very happy with this product, since apparently Philips no longer supported my last one. Disappointed to learn that the night before a 7-day bus trip. Looking forward to working with photos, etc. on the Dansrue.

This was expected to arrive October 16 - 20 and it arrived in 3 days! It comes with earbuds, a charger, and a little pouch to keep the MP3 player in. It was great sound quality and is very simple to use.

A great little mp3 player. I haven't used the radio or any of the other features, as I was looking for something to play music and nothing else. I feel like having pictures and videos on that small of a screen would be kind of pointless. That being said it is nice to have those features if needed. I like the construction and look of the unit. I can't speak for the quality of the included headphones as I never use the headphones that come with any device as they are almost always cheap and have poor sound. I like the inclusion of the physical lock switch, but dislike the animation that plays every time you move it as it cannot be skipped and blocks you from doing any other actions. Sound quality for the unit seems to be on par with my old iPod and much better than my phone (cheap basic). Battery life seems to be pretty good, but that is usually the case for any new device. The shuffle could use some help, and that is my biggest complaint for this player; the shuffle resets whenever the unit turns off. So if you pause your music for anything longer than a min the unit powers down and the shuffle list resets. It will stay on the same song but acts as if you just turned shuffle on so you will get repeats of songs that you have just listened to. This is the reason for only giving the unit 4 stars as I use the shuffle almost exclusively. Lastly there are no physical volume controls on the unit, the two buttons on the right side of the unit are for power and to activate the sound recorder. The sound recorder button is also a pain as it will switch over to the recording function of the unit and stop your music, and reset the shuffle list again. Just got this thing. Like another person who reviewed it, I don't know or can't find how to update the firmware from v1.0. Can't seem to find the manual either online. The manual is about a D+ in qualtiy. Manual is very small. I had to scan it to be able to enlarge it to be able to read it. Also, the syntax is crude with a lot of typos. There is no mention of their website in case you wanted to download the firmware update. There is something about doing this in the manual towards the last few pages, but it is very UNCLEAR! If anyone has a clue, please advise.Otherwise, the unit seems sort of well made, seems to work, and has some hefty weight to it which I like. The price is very reasonable and it has a lot of featues, although it is a bit arcane as to accessing them. I think I will use it mostly as a audio player by tossing audio files onto it, perhaps the FM radio function. Any more than that seems like a lot of work to understand and get to. I like the provided pouch and the ear buds are ok, but not special, but at this price, that was not expected anyway. I wish Amazon would talk to their supplier/manufacturer of this unit and clear up some of these issues, provide a clearer manual online, and a source of the firmware update files. If these were done, it could be a great little unit!

This was smaller than I thought, but I actually like the size of it better than what I was expecting. This is in a nice medal frame and looks solid. I was a little worried at first because the MP3s I had on there, were jumbled together in no order and not categorized by album folders when using Bluetooth and the internal storage. However when you insert a microSD card with your music and use Bluetooth it does categorize as most people would want. I use this to stream to a Logitech Bluetooth adapter for my stereo receiver. Works great!
