I am absolutely in love with this deodorant! I was loyal to Old Spice for years, but it always left marks on my form-fitting black tees. I recently tried the Dove spray (the first women’s deodorant I’ve used in a long time) and while it fixed the transfer issue, the can ran out way too fast. When I went for a refill, Dove didn't have the scents I liked or any antiperspirant options. As a sweaty girl in the Arizona heat with a physically demanding job, I need real protection! I decided to try this because of the price and the Soapy Bubble Bath scent intrigued me. It’s an addicting, fresh, shampoo like smell that isn't overpowering, so it never clashes with the different perfumes I like to layer. I haven’t used Secret since I was a teen, but I’m so impressed. It lasts all day without needing to re-apply, and despite being a solid, it doesn't transfer onto my black clothes at all. It’s a great value that actually performs!

I only use Secret Clear GEL, as its the only deodorant that has properly worked on me for YEARS now. Ive been sick several times, laid up in bed unable to even bathe until the misery has lessened, and through the sweat and fever it would hold for 2-3 days just fine. Theres nothing worse than being so sick you cant stand up to shower AND stinking. Therefore, I DESPERATELY wish that Secret would release holiday/special edition scents in the GEL as well. With that said, I got this deodorant because I wanted to see if the Gel was still the only thing that would work, AND I am a sucker for smells... Especially Fall/Winter scents. I REALLY wanted to try this scent and get into the holiday spirit. So I took a chance and the SMELL is so good thats why I am giving it 4 stars... But it 100% does not last 72 hours. I tested it just to see (as Im sick often enough to care about whether or not it truly lasts) and despite thankfully not being a sweaty person, it lasted 24 hours max. Which is fine as normally showering everyday is a normal activity, but it sucks when you end up sick/stranded/camping/ETC and suddenly realize your deodorant isnt holding up the way it should. It also makes me think it wouldnt last well on someone who sweats a normal/heavy amount, during summer, or on a day out at a theme park. So I cant give it 5 stars... But the SMELL...The smell wins the 4 stars for me. Its unisex in my opinion, which I love, and it is definitely a Fall/Winter scent. Its the smooth cashmere sandalwood at the top and that fresh cold spruce balsam fir at the base. It isn't super resinous, balsam Christmas tree, or pine cleaner smell. Its cold minty spruce without overpowering the warmth/smoothness of the sandalwood. I love this smell so much that I got the body wash and Im enjoying it more than my usual soaps (B&BW, Native) and the smell seems to last longer and hydrate my skin better. I have experienced skin irritation from deodorants MANY times in the past, however that wasnt an issue with this deodorant. If you tend to use solid deodorants for after you SHAVE to prevent irritation, I think this is a great choice! Personally, it has done a fine job in that area even though it doesn't seem to work on my pits. I think for $6 its worth getting it just for the smell and to use as protection after shaving. If you use solid deodorant and it works fine for you then you are in the clear and I HIGHLY recommend this scent! But again... Secret... PLEASE START RELEASING YOUR HOLIDAY SCENTS IN GEL AS WELL!!!!

Glides on smoothly, has a nice, subtle fragrance, did not stain my clothes, holds up well, even during hot days.

This deodorant smells so good! I was pleasantly suprised at it's like floral berry smell. So far it has worked very well. I also love the limited editionn Spoonful of Sugar which also works great. It smells like Sugar Cookies in the oven! I don't care for how the limited edition plum smelled on me. It had a cleaning product smell. It smelled like how clothes in the washer smell if they hadn't been rinsed and still had soap in them. I haven't tried the fir scented yet but if it smells of sandalwood I would definitely give it a try.

I think this is a great deodorant. It has a nice soft scent that smells good on its own but it doesn’t clash with any of the perfumes I wear. It’s also easier to wash off than other deodorants I’ve used in the past where I had to scrub really hard to make sure it’s all removed.

Love this, lasts forever (I think over a year for this size) and smells delicious, works really well.
