The Adventures of Helicopter Jim: The Stone's of the Month's Paperback – 6 June 2013

This format is different than any book we’ve ever read to the kiddos! This is definitely bed time material and not a book you would necessarily read by yourself…I mean you could but it so much fun having someone read it to you as it’s presented like a play script with who is speaking and sound effect notes. The kids love it and it drives them nuts in a good way when we have to end it each “episode”…they ask us to read more but we follow the instructions to not do more than one…it’s lead to great discussion of what we think will happen next. Thankful for the friend that recommended it!!!

Great book to read with your child. Different character parts is a good way to stay engaged with your child during the reading.
