I've tried so many multivitamins for men with varying results. But this one is it! It's a bit larger than I'd prefer, but you get used to it. After taking it for about a month now, I can say that I feel better and stronger overall. The Needed Men's multivitamin gives me fresh energy and certainly has contributed to boosted confidence. I had high hopes for this product but upon opening the bottle, the odor hit me kind of hard and it's not very pleasant. Since they're coated I went ahead and was able to swallow it just fine, but unfortunately I must have a very sensitive stomach or other susceptability to an ingredient in this supplement as it ended up making me rather nauseous. I was unable to take a full serving (4 tablets) so I'm not able to validate any of the manufacturer's claims around benefits of this supplement.

Most definitely a game changer! I have been a vegetarian for a year now and I must say these vitamins complete me! The drive and energy I get after every meal is everything you need. Clean ingredients, nutritional and easy to take!
