Proper electrical outlet
Received the plug and play in 3 different delivery.First delivery was the plug in and attachments.Second was the Inverter and power monitor.Third was the panels. 2 of the 4 panels were damaged so I called the company and they replaced both over them.Only took 1 hour to install on the framing and started working I about 10 min. Have been in operation for 3 days now and is working like a champ. It's in the middle of February in Northern illinois. I also installed a true 20 Amp plug on a 30 Amp GFI breaker2 month updateWorking good my normal electric load is 1.5 and it reduced it to .65 when the sun is out. Very satisfied with this product.

Correcting an incorrect review
I noticed a 2-star review which subtracted 3 stars for price; but their math is very wrong. They said that the system generates 10 kWh of power per month, but it actually generates 100 kWh of power per month. In their example, rather than saving $3.37/month, they would save $33.70/month. Time for return on investment (ROI) would be 3.2 years rather than “32 years.”The review to which I’m referring:Nifty Little ProductReviewed in the United States on May 9, 2023This is a pretty nifty little device, just wish it did more and costs less.Having something that anyone can just plug into an electrical outlet and forget it is pretty ingenious; even a child could do this. Having the micro inverter parallel with your service provider without intervention is key.The average monthly household kWh usage is between 300-1,000 kWh/month. This device can produce 10kWh/month, with a savings of ~$3.37/month assuming on an initial household usage of 488 kWh/month, or ~$40.41 / year. Based on this, the ROI would be over 32 years, which is beyond the lifespan of the solar panels. A price point of $120 - $280 for this system would be more realistic and give you an ROI of 3-7 years. If this could produce 50 - 250kWh/month, then you would definitely see a difference in your electric bill but at the current price offering, its just way to expensive and provides little benefit no matter how much electricity your house consumes.Keep in mind that if you lose grid power, your solar micro inverter will shut off (UL spec).5 Stars for ingenuity, -3 star for price

Proceed with caution
Great idea. But the manufacturer does not address the safety risk of back feeding the grid. A plug should never have power on it, only the outlet that's why you are prevented from touching the energized prongs.
