It looks higher quality than it is, but when I sit in the middle I can feel the support bars. Which isn’t super uncommon, but it’s annoying to have to arrange myself with my partner on it. Also it’s pretty shallow, I’m pretty little and I can’t take a nap unless I’m on my side. Even then it’s pretty firm.

I needed a couch that would convert to a guest bed and that I, 85 years old with a bad arm, would have the strength to open myself. None were available in furniture stores in my area. I was uneasy buying an item of such size sight-unseen since any return would be nearly impossible for me. I researched and thought about it at length. The couch arrived in perfect condition. A friend put it together. It's a beautiful couch, comfortable, easy for me to convert to a bed, and the green color is as it was shown online. I'm very pleased.

This was a gift and report is: heavier box than anticipated, took three ladies to move it in and husband to get upstairs. For the money it is OK and will work. Grandparents have yet to test it as a bed.

First of all, this item took forever to arrive and the box looked as if it had been in battle. It was so heavy and I have no idea how the delivery person got it onto the porch. I couldn't move the box at all, yet alone carry it to my 3rd floor walk up, so I cracked open the box (honestly, it was already pretty open) and carried it up in pieces. A friend helped me assemble it which was necessary in my opinion.Now that I've had it for a while, I love it! I napped on it while recovering from COVID and it was surprisingly comfortable. I was going to get a mattress pad for guests but it doesn't seem to need it. I also love how easy it is to pull out and stow. I knocked of a star because it isn't the most comfortable to sit on as a sofa and was a bear to assemble even with two people (I felt like a mechanic working under a car trying to tighten bolts from an awkward angle).

Too small (low to the ground) not enough cushioning ok for maybe a waiting area not meant for lounging too pricey for a futon because that’s basically what it is

The media could not be loaded.  This couch is alright for the money, I guess. I’ve gotten used to the fact that buying more expensive items on Amazon comes with the risk of poor craftsmanship and general disappointment. I purchased this at the 328.00 dollar price point and I have to say it wasn’t really worth it. It took a long time to assemble because the bolts and the receptacle for the bolts on one of the arms was faulty. Using a set if pliers we got the bolt in, but it pushed the receiving end out of place. After trouble shooting what to do, we tied twine to the bolt to get it in place. Adter getting it in place the nuts secured the bolt in place with a slightly loose arm on one side of the couch.The biggest problem with this unit is that it is made very cheaply with not enough detail to the parts of the couch/assembly that would make putting this together easily. Also the slit back on my unit is uneven. That said, the trouble of sending it back gives me the type of stress that would require a few trazadone to get under control if you catch my drift.My final word of advice having read the reviews prior to my purchase… It’s a crap shoot. Maybe you’ll get a nice/easy to put together unit, and maybe you won’t.

Looks great, sturdy enough build, but not very comfortable to sit on to watch TV. Its Reclined position is much better for that. Have not used it as a sleeper yet.

I’m bad with assembly directions. There are good YouTube videos showing how to assemble it. 45 minutes later I had a great couch in my room. I chose the faux leather which is handsome and resists dog abuse 😀

TRhis little sofa does the job. However, could be more comfortable.

It looks very pretty on the material is nice low grade linen look fabric which pulls easy if snagged seems to be well-made I don’t like the fact that it’s split in the middle and held together by door hinges but the big problem is it’s terribly uncomfortable to sit on I am debating if I’m going to send us back or not..Update the feet under the middle started showing stress bends in the plastic you have to look close but that’s where the bolts go though and would eventually break from the stress of bearing all the weight in the middle being ‘split’ in two bye hinges .

Highly disappointed as the sofa that was advertised as Grey linen showed up and was actually a stark w h i t e futon. It got dirty the moment it was unpacked and touched the wrong side of the shipping plastic/box on the floor, and won’t come out.

This couch has fallen apart. Do not buy. Legs didn’t fit into the holes when assembling. Holes were too big. Fabric is cheap and thin. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.
