Works great!
Easy to set-up. Technology works great. Shared the link with my mom (in her late 70s) who loves it. I love that it comes with set-up instructions that include the sellers phone number to text him if necessary (didn’t need it).

Caution support for this item is not good
Husband received this for Father's Day, it is wonderful and amazing when it works but support and directions are poor. They never responded to email and they didn't answer their phone, we figured it out. We had it all plugged in and set up an the bird had built it's nest. The battery went low and would not operate the camera. The camera battery need to be charged even when the house is on the plug. We shut everything down from the app and it took 5 to 6 days to come up to power, we that many days of viewing, the bird was sitting the nest and had her eggs already. Lost some good days of viewing. Still no response to e-mail "the best way to contact" it said.

So much fun!
We are avid birders and hubby got us this amazing nestbox for Christmas! It was easy to set up and the day/night images are stunningly detailed. We have a pair of Mountain bluebirds who have claimed the box. We should start seeing nest building soon. Can’t wait to see the whole wonderful nesting cycle! This is a high quality nest cam set up.UPDATE 4-25-24 The clutch is complete with 7 eggs. Mom and Dad will be very busy in a couple of weeks!
