Baby University Complete "ABCs" Board Book Set

The information in these books is relatively clear and concise, often explaining concepts that your average parent may not themselves be familiar with (I.e: what a Carnot engine is).That said, small children learn well through stories. There is no overarching narrative and the illustrations usually only take up a small portion of the page. So, whilst I find these books enthralling, my toddler soon wanders off to look at a different book after a page or two of loosely related facts.

We started out just reading words, sort of ABC sing-song style. She's almost 4 and still loves learning the "deeper" information And remembers lots of what we've talked about!
