Strawberry Preserve, Made in Scotland, 12oz Jar (Pack of 1)

Delicious, it was a gift I gave for Mother’s Day.

real ingredients you can prononce and love love love real sugar in a product (high fructose is evil personified). Not a "health food" but just good yummy honest preserves with recognizable pieces of fruit. Close to what I make with local produce in the spring.

THERE IS SO MUCH Pectin USED IN THE PRESERVES THEY ARE SOLID WHICH TAKES AWAY FROM FLAVOR OF THE STRAWBERRY

The bottle and cap cover were charming. I spread the preserves on a toasted rice cake making it go from bland to grand. Very strawberry. Lovely product.

Mrs. Bridges products are simply the best jams, preserves and marmalades. These strawberry preserves bring back memories of my mother's homemade preserves, and of many lovely breakfasts I had on visits to Scotland. I first discovered Mrs. Bridges on a trip to Scotland, and it has been our family's favorite ever since. I am so happy that I can have it shipped right to my home.

The taste is gratifying. The consistency is not what one would expect; it is more like jam, not preserve. There is not one strawberry in sight.

This is the second jar that i have. The first was the black currents. I like them and there has been no damage to the jars. Not the cheapest in cost, but good quality.

Amazing, my elderly aunt and uncle who are in isolation received their gifts today of Thornton’s Turkish delights, and mrs bridges jam. They’re so pleased to get them.
