I had a few gripes when the product first arrived but I can confidently say that LTCCDSS has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, they truly went above and beyond.

I have had it now for about 3 months. I really like it so far. Arrived in great condition fairly quickly. Assembly was all simple enough with 2 humans. It would b a bit heavy to put the roof on solo. It certainly cranks up the heat quickly (southern CA). only It is plug and play if u have the right type of plug! I did need to get my electrician out to run it a line. Look close at the plug in pics, If u have older US plugs u will need to update. Well worth it in the end so far. I use it almost every night and its a very exciting item.

The sauna does not work. The seller has not returned my messages sent via Amazon. When you plug it in, the lights flicker, and the speakers blast a loud vibration noise making it impossible to sit in it. In addition, the heat does not come on.

Came with a side broken, after numerous complaints we never received the part needed.

The sauna is exactly as described by the seller. No issues with assembly. Angelina provided outstanding efficient customer service, communicated frequent updates. And monitored the installation. I would purchase other products from this company. Very reliable and customer driven company.
