I pair them with calm aid (lavender pills) when experiencing high levels of anxiety and discomfort. Works quite well. They're nature based and not addictive at all which is what I love. Not working at all, its a candy pretty much, square sugar with zero effect. Avoid!

Can't confirm any positive changes after consuming the strip when I felt anxious. Maybe little less anxiety. Not at all value for money. Too expensive. Honestly it is better to solve the cause than symptoms. Anxiety is a symptom of something deep. That might be solved only with therapy or in some rare circumstances medicine. But always try therapy first. Medicine should be your last resort.
