I’ve been taking 20,000 units of nattokinase daily for quite some time now. From what I’ve read, there’s research suggesting it may support cardiovascular health, which is what initially got me interested. Personally, I haven’t noticed any side effects at this dose. I think consistency is key with something like this, taking it regularly seems to matter more than anything else. This brand has been reliable for me over the years. The quality feels consistent and the price is reasonable compared to others I’ve looked at. I’ve stuck with it for a while now and plan to continue.

I've been taking this about a month, and my cardio is easier now than a month ago. I hope this is helping. I did see a review that indicated that when tested, these capsules didn't have the full 4000 FU promised. I would appreciate hearing from the manufacturer if these test results are accurate.

I originally started using this brand by chance. Ever since I’ve used this brand religiously for my supplements and they’re great. Most importantly they actually do make a difference. I feel better so I know it’s working.

Purchased this to help with cholesterol, but realize it does take couple months to show progress. BUT after only a few weeks has brought my blood pressure down to normal. Very impressed. My BP is now back to what it was several years back and was able to cut my BP meds in half. Figure at this rate will eventually be able to eliminate BP meds. Thank you.

I wasn't sure if these worked. I have bad circulation to my feet. I had been taking these in the morning and I forgot one morning when I had to take my mom to the dr. About 2 that afternoon my ankles started tingling and burning. It was very uncomfortable, that's when I realized this helped my circulation. I have not missed a dose since, and I have reordered and subscribed to it. If you have circulation problems try it. Poor circulation runs in my family. So glad I found this product. It doesn't interfere with my prescription medications.

Nattokinase is a very important anti inflammatory for vascular health and to combat spine proteins in viruses. This product is a staple of my supplementation regime.
