I love to use this every week it’s so easy , for me and so great products with high quality, I will recommend everyone.

I use a few times, it is easy to use and easy to clears! Not sticky at all! My kid love it can do hot pot and grill at same times we will use more at this winter.

For the money, I'm impressed. Soup pot gets hot fast. Hits high enough temp for a rolling boil. Griddle side works great also. It's a knock off stone coating but it's really easy to clean so far.

Don't get me wrong, I love this thing. However, when I opened it I saw scratches in the soup portion and most of the surfaces were sticky/had bits of food in them. The fact that it was used, not cleaned properly, and sold makes my skin crawl a little bit but it looks like a really good quality product. It DOES work, and gets hot very fast, which is a good plus. Also, this is a little unrelated but the box had a Kohl's coupon that expired a month before I got the package. I just thought that was hilarious. The styrofoam in the box was already broken, so I'm glad there was no damage to it during delivery.For actual quality and performance, 5 stars.The state it was in brought it down to 3 stars for me. Cleanliness should always be checked when buying what I presumed was a new product.

Great product can’t say anything wrong about it.

This grill was warped (wouldn't sit flat on a granite counter) and the grill half stopped working almost instantly. Total garbage, save your money and buy something else.

It's an excellent 2 in 1 griller/cooker. We have already used it many times for both individual meal preparation and family/friends gatherings. It's super handy and easy to use. The size of griller is perfect which can grill egg, bacon and toast at the same time for breakfast/steak and wings at the same time for dinner. The hotpot cooker is also at a good size for 4-8 persons who would like to enjoy two different soup bases for different meat/vegetable. There's not much smoke coming out from the griller so it's good for keeping the dinning room clean. Two independent power switches/temperature controls allow us to use only the griller or the cooker for individual meal preparation. We are happy to get it at the right timing and we plan to use it at least once a week in the winter time.
