Fantastic alternative to Barbie
If you are looking for a movie authentic version of Jyn, look elsewhere. This Jyn is made for your little ones (girls or boys) and she is a acurate representation of how she appears on the fantastic Forces of Destiny cartoon shorts. Her scarf and vest are removable, but not her shirt and pants (which I think is a plus, less stuff to get lost). She also comes with a baton and a blaster with holster. Jyn also has a quick action move when you squeeze her legs together. If you want to give your daughter a positive and independent roll model that isn’t from Malibu and obsessed with pink, you can’t go wrong with this Jyn Erso figure.

Nice quality figure
I don't plan on taking this figure out of its packaging, so I can't really comment on its durability or flexibility. I'm also not sure how well its "swing baton" action works. But the figure itself looks great. The paint job is excellent, and it's sculpted beautifully. The scarf and vest are cloth material, and the rest of the clothing is hard plastic. The gun, gun belt and baton are also plastic. The figure stands 11 inches tall from head to toe. The hair is all "real" (Barbie doll type hair). I think it's worth the price I paid ($20).

Good level of details, seems quite robust.
- Good overall quality and level of detail.- Size seems more adapted to younger children than my chilhoods' 3.75" action figures.- Joints seem sturdy so far despite hours of play.

This toy lacks fun-factor
This figure is limited by its built-in arm motion that is triggered by squeezing the legs together. As a result, this toy lacks the fun factor. It resists being posed and her legs at ease look contorted. I am disappointed but if you are still interested, look for it at your Rescue Mission Thrifty Shopper Stores. I will donate the two that I bought (one still in its box) instead of giving them as gifts. On the upside, the look of this female action figure would be ecstatically nice (The face, hair, body form it all looks good.) except for the inability to be posed in an authentic stance. Yet I do want the toy industry to keep making female action figures!

Cool figure, great price, but lame movement
Bought this action figure for my daughter after seeing it in Kohl’s for double what Amazon was offering it at! The price is fantastic but the action figure’s motion/action is dumb for lack of better words. A classic squeeze of the legs is supposed to make her swing her weapon, but it’s very weak. Maybe that’s a good thing for kids, but the action figure would have been just as good without this lame karate-type action.

Box damaged
Box was damaged & dented. This was a gift meant for a collector so the damage lessens the worth. A bit bummed at that.Otherwise the toy is in good shape.

Great doll to pair with Rey
For the girls who identify with the “Rey” Star Wars character, Jyn Erso is a worthy heroine. Great value for a quality doll.

Down with Barbies up with female action figures.
My daughter needs positive women representation.I would rather have more action figuresike this one, vs Barbies.Keep these coming. Would love a few vehicles from the star wars line up to add to these action figures.Mich better than the smaller ones.PS, she still likes to dress them up, they have to look good before kicking the Empires butt.
