Husband and I love it. Heats up fast. Fits both of us at the same time. Chromatherapy lights a bonus. Easy to clean. Bluetooth works great. Assembly took an hour. Worth the money.

So, this is my fifth infrared sauna in 20 years. They have all been considered a 1/2 person sauna. The fact is that with heavy use they just do not last too long. Some last longer than others. I will give you my impressions after my 1st use.1. It is really small and short. You are very close to the front glass. I'm almost 6 feet and a 2x guy and it is just at the tolerable level.2. Cause it's small it heats up fast.3. No button but bluetooth comes on automatically4. Very interesting stone type thing for your feet that you can turn on or off5. Door heater...pretty cool6. EASIEST TO ASSEMBLE AND LIGHTEST SAUNA EVER- any dude and any woman with good upper body strength can put this together. Took me longer to unbox it and transport it to my man cave that assemble it.7. Decent QualityCons:1. Only goes to 140... I like 145 better2. Temp gauge is not very accurate. Hits 140 and shuts off. Drops to 134 before turning back on. I just squeeze the thermometer with my fingers and it fools it.3. If you are a smaller guy and a normal sized woman you are good to go. Tall dudes or if you have long legs...do not buy. I have a longer torso and shorter legs and my knees are almost at the door. You will be really uncomfortable.The truth. I needed a sauna to last a year or two and throw away when we move and I just don't like sitting in other peoples sweat at the Y. So I bought this and it is ok. However, my last two saunas have been Dynamic Saunas from Costco and their customer service and ultra low emf are excellent. I used theirs every day, literally beating them up and they last 5 years, and I am hard on them as I sweat a lot. Once I hooked my Dynamic up to a generator when the power was out and blew the board. (yes, I am an idiot but I was bored, my wife has informed my of my idiocy! haha) They sent me a new board even after I told them it was may fault! If you want one that lasts, if you only use it a few times a week, they will last forever.Also Dynamic saunas ships for free. I think you can get them on Amazon as well.Huge Tip for Sauna Use- get the wooden backrests. If you sweat on the wood of the sauna protecting your back it will rot and eventually shock the crap out of you...like it did me. If you have a heater in the bottom use a cheap towel to soak up your sweat cause if you get the wood above the floor wet enough it will transmit electricity ... and shock the crap out of you like it did me! Yes, I am long on ambition and short on brains as my father has told me.You may now go about your day.

It's compact but I fit nicely into it. I'm 5'10, and my coworker who is 5'10 350 pounds fit in it as well. It takes about 13 minutes from 70 degrees to 140, it has a overhead vent to let out the humidity after your done. The front door panel heater is a nice touch because I like my knees warmed up and this does it nicely. Also there is a floor heater that heats your feet as well, and gets warm but not hot. Either way I use it everyday for 15 minutes. I think longer sessions would have more results but you know, you kind of get bored after so much time.

Product was as described. Gets hot in minutes. Great quality. Easy installation. Great customer service when we needed it.

When we were snapping the panels together, we noticed the top corners on each wooden panel were cracked. We were able to snap everything together, which we did because snow was in our forecast and we didn't want the sauna exposed. I contacted Amazon who told me I needed to contact the company and gave me the number for Kanlanth. I called the number and the message I received was "This is Nathan" with no identifier in regarding Kanlanth.I cannot return the sauna because no truck can get up my drive in the winter. I have yet to hear from Kanlanth.

We purchased this sauna for our vacation cabin "up north". When it arrived, the package containing the glass door had clearly been dropped, as the door was shattered. After several frustrating calls to Amazon customer service (they suggested that I pack it back up and take to the post office...lol, it showed up on a pallet, so no), I contacted Katherine at Kanlanth. She was very helpful in helping me determine how to proceed. I took photos of the damage and they sent out another package with the glass door, no return needed. This greatly simplified matters. The sauna itself is very sturdy once assembled, although you definitely need at least 2 people to do it...3 would be useful. It heats up fairly quickly (15 minutes) and easily maintains 140 F. This unit (1-person) runs off of a normal 15 amp circuit so no special wiring required (this may not be the case for larger units). I would definitely purchase from them again. We are very happy with the product and again, kudos to Kanlanth for their customer service.

Overall, we are happy with the IR Sauna. It heats up fast and works like a charm. It is smaller than the images make it look, so that was a disappointment. We were surprised at how easy it was to put it together and even better is that it was delivered FAST. It's pretty on the outside. One thing we don't like is how slippery the floor is inside, especially if you sweat, which you will.

I love it once it’s hot, it takes 40 minutes to heat and only heats to 149. The temp button has to be touched just right for it to change. I love the price for 2 person I sit sideways and it’s just what I wanted.
