It Ends with Us (Polish)

By taking a big breath in, let me say a few words about this book..I read it in a few hours. It was my third Colleen Hoover book, and it destroyed me..It is such a powerful, heartbreaking, and rewarding tale of three broken people who love fiercely. The love is strong in this book.The love is strong between so many characters, not only the three protagonists..Lily is a driven and beautiful woman, and the story is being told by her point of view. She has goals and dreams, and she succeeds. She falls in love with Ryle; oh, Ryle. He is such a great antihero. An antihero that, whether you like it or not, you love. You love him. And, that is the beauty of this book. Despite the very serious issues that arise from the story, it makes you see how human it is to be flawed, broken, and sad..I am not, in any case, saying that what Ryle is doing is ok. Of course not. But, Colleen Hoover wrote this character in the best way you can write an antihero. And, you do fall in love with him in a way. Until you don’t anymore. And, you just feel sad and cry about what he loses, and what Lily loses..And, then there is Atlas. I didn’t feel that I learned everything about him, but what I did, I loved. And, I want more. (is it October yet?).As for Lily, she is amazing. We cry with her, we love with her, we smile with her. It’s so emotional, I don’t know how many times I cried. I love the fact that is not the typical love story or the standard happy ending..Moreover, the secondary characters are amazing. The friendship between Lily and Alyssa is exemplary..All I want is more now. And, this is my favourite Hoover book so far. I will be reading more. I can’t wait!

Had to return because it was in Polish and they don't specify that, so just be careful when buying.

While I did cringe at times through the book, it is a very good story. If you want a good cry then this is the book for you

To be honest it would not have been my first choice of book to read, but am I glad I did. I can say from the off I was hooked. It is a page turner of a book. It takes you on a roller-coaster of emotions. With many subjects covered sometimes the hard to talk about one's, yet its not done in a harsh way.It gets all your feelings to come out from laughter to frustration and to tears. I fully recommend this book, I can say you will not want to put it down. There is a second book called "It begins with us" which is more of a book told in the other person's prospective.

There is so much that I could say about this book, it submerges you in a world full of love, lust and laughter but also incredible pain and anger, I went through so many emotions that swung like a pendulum, one way then the other, at one point I closed the book and walked away because it makes you feel EVERYTHING and my god you don't know how to sort them out.It's an unbelievable journey and 100% recommended.My top read on 2022.Now to go and eat away my feelings.
