It's handy to have "insulating wrap" around the middle. I didn't deduct any stars, but it can splash out the drinking hole in a very bouncy ride (i.e. - my dump truck), which happens with any go-cup, other than one that actually shuts on, and off, the drinking hole. It's comfortable in the hand, and the rubber lid is comfortable on the lips. It's the equivalent of a medium go-cup from the gas station/convenience store size (14 oz.), which I mention because the picture makes it look like a large. We got 2 of them, and we're both happy.

Looks like a disposable coffee cup, gets a lot of smiles at the coffee shop. Easy to clean - I just rinse it a few times. Great for hot liquids, doesn't spoil the taste. Not quite spill proof, treat like a regular disposable coffee cup. Silicon lid is well fitting and easy to clean, I haven't tried to microwave the silicone fittings but they are dish washer safe. Simple, affordable, effective, and cute!

Bought for my 84 year old mom for when we go out shopping and stop for take out coffee because the cups are to hot for her to hold. Disappointed in this cup. It is very small and she can't hold it . The gripper is on a very smooth slippery cup. I do not recommend it. I bought it because it was eco friendly.

It was okay, but have already put it one the public shelf in our kitchen. I didn't like the way it felt and it didn't keep coffee warm at all, very disappointing. It also never felt like it was clean no matter how much you washed it, it had a weird almost grainy feeling on the inside, but the most lacking thing was not keeping liquids warm, not a good product in my opinion.

I have no idea how this cup got so many good reviews unless they don't drink hot coffee. This is a horrible little cup. The whole cup is very hot to the touch. Even the band is hot. I haven't had it long enough to tell how the lid is. It's being returned today.

I cherish this little mug its perfect for me!! The only reason I would deduct a star is because, after the first use, the a sour coffee smell has soaked into the lid and I've tried everything to get it out but it lingers. It doesn't terribly bother since I've washed it so much its pretty faint but its a con. It's definitely made me more conscious of my waste usage and its cheaper to fill up at coffee shops!

I bought this mug for my husband and though I haven't given it to him yet, I have examined it and it's of very high quality. It's lightweight and the size is standard for any car cup holder which was important in this purchase. The fact that it is made of natural materials that are safe was also a huge factor in the purchase. All this for half the price of travel mugs found at large retail stores made this purchase a no brainer.

The lid starts smelling like burnt rubber after the first use and it almost made me puke. You can smell it from 10 feet away.
