Best rice I ever ate
This can't be rice. It's too delicious. I have taken to cooking rice in coconut milk for added flavor. This rice definitely stands on it's own.

Worth it
Terrific rice really enjoyed it so much. Good rice has mild flavor that is so enjoyable. Bought to try and make some sushi but good for things like onigiri also. Would recommend if you want to up your rice meals.

Great Rice!
I'm a white guy! I enjoyed this rice! But, I tried Nishiki medium grain and it was really similar. It probably is a little better than Nishiki, but Nishiki is $1.25 per pound at Wal-Mart. My Wal-Mart didn't have it in stock, so I had to order it and wait 3 days for it to come in. After trying these two, I feel like throwing away all my Basmati and Jasmine rice. I already threw away all my American long-grain rice. Wal-Mart carries Botan, which is kind of strange for me. It tastes good, but just I like the Nishiki, better, for some reason. After you dress it up with butter, a little soy sauce and Furikake and start shoveling it into your mouth, will you really notice a difference? If so, then I hope I can meet you and you can teach me how to taste my food!

Delicious japanese rice
The best tasting japanese rice in the US at this time. Super tasty and easy to cook. I did not find any insects in my batch. Excellent product and delivery!

Quite expensive
It’s the kind of slender rice I like, very delicious. Apart from being a bit pricey, it has no drawbacks.

This rice is ridiculously good!
Upon opening the bag, my first impression was that the rice had a healthy fresh "glow" to it. It just looked visually pleasing. I prepared the rice in my new Zojirushi "Umami" rice cooker on the Umami setting and it literally came out as the best rice I've ever tasted. I ate it plain with no toppings because it had a savoriness that demanded to be unadulterated. The grains came out perfectly sticky and soft, yet had enough texture so as to not be mushy. Even my local sushi restaurant's rice isn't nearly as complex and enjoyable. There was a slight sweetness to the aftertaste that made it hard to stop eating it. I'll definitely be purchasing this rice again as my go-to rice.

Good grain feel, daughter used to make sushi. We enjoyed it, saving it for our next sushi night, too expensive for an every day rice, would buy again for sushi.
