Works as expected. Happy with the purchase.
bought this power pack to run my CPAP. (RESMED Airsense 11). Just tried it for two nights of camping. It worked great. Ran my CPAP on fully automatic and used the humidifier so was sucking full power. Connected to the powerpack using a DC adapter. Ran great for two nights and I estimate I can get 5 nights before I have to charge. I bought the solar panels and did not get a chance to use them because it was quite cloudy and we had a campsite with a lot of tall trees. I did use the 60W solar panel before I left to charge the powerpack and it powered it up to 100% from 60% in about 4 hours. Not sure if that is typical or not but acceptable to me.

First Time Use Was Great! After buying a type c connector.
This power supply was received yesterday for my wife who uses a CPAP machine. We lost power one night a couple of weeks ago and she was unable to get to sleep after so many years of using the CPAP. It took less than three hours to charge from (supposedly) empty charging to fully charged. The power supply provided more than eight hours of restful sleep for her with over three hours remaining. My wife is fully satisfied that no more lack of sleep/CPAP usage when the power goes out!Additional Information (added 6/12/25): After receiving the power supply, we also purchased and received a Type C connection for the CPAP. My wife used it last night on a fully charged power supply. This morning, she noticed the battery drain was less than half gone. Wow! She thinks that with both items, she might have as much as four days worth of power. (I read several articles on how power supply units work better if they use DC power rather than AC power.)https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DDSWPC13?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Works great!!
I ordered this because we experience quite a few power outages in our area. I use a CPAP machine, and it powered my machine the whole night through and barely used what looks like 1 bar of power bank. I use a setting 14 and didn't use the humidifier considering it's summer. It's good to know I can rely on this when the power goes out. Better yet, I can take this camping without relying on electricity to power my machine. Hope this helps.

Great option for price
I researched a few battery options for powering my cpap while camping and landed on this one. I felt like this was as true to reviews and did a great job for the price ( I didn’t want to spend more than $200). It ran my cpap ( resmed airsense 11) for 5h 25 min one night and 5h 20 min the next ( the second night I also used it to charge my phone at the same time). This was with the humidifier option/ everything on the settings I typically do at home. I imagine it would last longer if you turned that feature off. That will be my next test. It’s small, easy to carry with the handle, and feels durable.

Powerful solar generator
Solar generator was packaged well and arrived quickly. Purchased for my grandson's birthday. I believe he will be thrilled with both solar and AC charge capabilities and the 8 outputs. Bought at a very reasonable price.

Works well so far.
Seems to be doing what it is supposed to. All the functions are working well. I also hooked up the solar charging with my panels for re charging with no issues. I like the fact that I can have AC in remote locations.

How long will this power a CPAP? It depends.
On my normal humidifier setting, this will power my CPAP for one night. Turn off the humidifier, and it will last for about 3 days. That is workable since most campsites we visit have an electrical outlet, which lets me recharge the unit during the day.The battery bar graph is not very accurate, in my opinion. Five bars will be displayed for such a long time that you think the power supply will last for a week. At some point it drops quickly to 3 bars, and shortly thereafter it will be out of juice.Overall this is a good solution for using a CPAP when no other power source is available, assuming you manage your CPAP settings and remain aware of it's true state of charge.

Great for emergencies
We were in the middle of a multi-day, region-wide power outage and in desperation I ordered this power bank. It arrived at 5AM with 3/4 charge in it and saved us, charging phones, iPad, and a portable TV multiple times before it finally died. It did a great job and I ordered a second one. Thankfully the power came back after 4 days, but now I have one for devices and I can use the second to power the router, should this happen again. My only regret is that I thought it would come with a solar panel for charging. It would be nice if the description stated exactly what type of solar panel was needed to charge it.
