GREAT PAIN RELIEVER!
I have a degenerated disk in my neck and often have to deal with extreme upper neck pain. This product is an excellent pain reliever as the COLD numbs the pain. Just take it out of your freezer wrap it around the back of your neck, White Side on skin, then use the included very useful elastic, stretchable, Velcro strap to hold it in place for whatever time is needed. NUMBS pain faster than pain pills and relaxes the inflamed muscles in the surrounding area around the inflamed vertebrae in the neck.

My husband had knee surgery, and this icepack worked great! It also stayed on the knee even walking around.

Strap is not attached
Nice product. Older version had attached closure with Velcro. This model has A separate strap with Velcro. Keep Strap with unit together unless washing. A pain having to find the strap.
