Where can I buy a new blade thing?

The picture looks like the one we bought on Amazon, about $150 plus or minus, but worth every penny. Nancy and I enjoy making a big bag of salad one a week. This chops even the lettuce, cauliflower, cucumber, onion, green pepper. Don't use it for celery; celery clogs up the dicer blades and it's easier to bundle it and slice with a sharp knife; I wear a glove then. Don't wimp with the thrust for onions, lettuce, or cauliflower.

Can someone make a video how to assemble it? I waste 1 hour of my life already lol

This one comes with one size cutting blade, no interchangable sizes for differnt vegetables?

Yes. I only received one blade no others when purchased. I have not seen that others can be purchased for this item for different vegetables.
