Our Thriftkit corporate kit allows you to organize and protect all your important company information. This is a 3 D-ring (1 1/4") binder, with dual locking mechanisms. It contains an inside pocket to hold important documents, as well as a place to store two business cards and a cd. The Thriftkit binder comes customized with the company name on thick-stock gold paper, inserted in the holder on spine of the binder. This also makes the binder reusable for name changes or other things. It comes complete with a customized Vinyl binder, matching slipcase, 20 customized stock/membership certificates, a pocket embossing seal and pouch, 6/7 index divider tabs(depends on type of formation), a stock/membership ledger, and printed minutes & bylaws or operating agreement. Excellent Kit.
Excellent kit. One must be organized to perfection to understand how to handle something so professional. I'm not a lawyer but I have an Associate Degree in Business Administration so I have a bit of understanding... Wrote my own ByLaws (look up your specific state codes and what not)... I write my own minutes up on Word, print them, 3 hole punch, sign, and seal... That being said... The ByLaws and Minute sheets provided are outdated and too impersonal, you will NEED to know how to write them up while operating within the rights of your specific STATE LAWS. The binder is of superb quality... The stock certificates are also outstanding quality... Stock ledger of the same and the tabs are very professional... Came in 2 days although they said it would take 10. I also purchased a corporate seal externally due to the low quality of the seal provided within this kit. It's a seal but a few letters were incomprehensible and none were in CAPITOL LETTERS.

Worst product purchase
Not very happy the 3 ring binder is made of cheap material. The shipping was delayed. No instructions as to how this helps tou keep business records . I saw this advertised thought it would be great. A total waste of good Money. I had it engraved on the confirm page everything was spelled correctly on the submit page spelling correct after submit and no more edits . Spelling changed then no way to cancel Delivery was delayed by almost 2 weeks with no updates to Amazon. By far the worst product purchase
