What an addition to my laundry day this hamper is!! With it structured to expand as you lay clothes on it, if you only have a few, they aren't all waaaaay down at the bottom.....amazing! God bless the person who invented this!!! My laundry room is pretty far from where I keep towels, and most clothes, but folding them or hanging them on a hanger and putting them in/on the hamper and just rolling the bundle into each room, sure makes laundry day less tiring.....ahhhhh

Had to return this as after assembling part of it, we found that the holes for the other leg were not where we could screw it together. Had to disassemble it and drive it to the nearest Fed X store to return. What a mess. We live quite a ways outside of town.

I like how this expands with more items added, then retracts when being emptied. It is high enough to not have to bend over. It was a little confusing putting it together, and it takes two people to put it together.

The hamper is honestly amazing. I have sciatica, herniated discs in my lumbar, and scoliosis caused by my Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and bending is extremely painful at times but this hamper really saves my back. The downside is that I didn’t receive all the bungee straps so it kind of half works.

I returned it. I found it hard to follow the directions to put it together. I spent an hour trying and decided to quit and return it.

I got this cause I have such back pain that it hurt to dig to the bottom of a basket or hamper to do laundry, and it's just wonderful. So easy to get some laundry done and get it folded right away rather than living out of a basket or hamper like I was basically doing before. My only teeny tiny criticism is the wheels aren't as smooth as I'd like, still worth it though.. and definitely a 5 star product. And it holds 2 loads worth of laundry so you're not doing extra work but having to refill it for each load.

Watch where you place the locking wheels. Love it. It's lightweight and folds up great. I use a small bungie cord to keep it folded. So helpful, so that I'm not lifting either a heavy laundry basket or making multiple trips with smaller loads.
